I do not recommend – Uncomfortable Bed, Inadequate Heating, Dirty Room, No Dining Space

The owners found a way to give us the keys, even after the agreed check-in time. The area is quiet, and we were able to find free parking spots.

We stayed for 6 nights in January 2025 in an apartment for a family with a child. The apartment is located in a large building with several other apartments. The heating was provided by an electric radiator, but it only warmed the main room, leaving the bathroom very cold, which was a bit inconvenient. The radiator also made noise throughout the night, and we requested that it be checked. The extra bed was actually an extendable armchair, very narrow and uneven, so it was uncomfortable even for an 11-year-old child. It would not be suitable for an adult. The child ended up sleeping in our bed because the armchair was impossible to use. The room was very dark, and after asking for an additional lightbulb for the chandelier, we received it two days later. In the bathroom, the shelf above the sink was very unstable, and on the first night, it fell, making a noise that startled us. The kitchenette is equipped quite simply, and what surprised me was that there is no table or chairs in the room. If you want to cook, you have to eat standing up. In the summer, you can eat on the balcony, but in winter, there is no comfortable dining option. The room was quite dirty, and the bedspread had stains and burn marks from a cigarette. If you plan to go skiing, it is not possible to walk to the slopes, so you will need a car to get around.

İts the apart hotel so it has own kitchen in room we make out breakfrast and dinner you have everything you need in kitchen except salt and pepper :)). While we are skiing housekeeping clean the including washing the dishes which is perfect ! We love this hotel verymuch we prefer this hotel next time !

Feels like home

One of the cleanest places I have ever been. Floors and surfaces were shining and fresh. Beds were comfortable, kitchen corner had all necessary stuff to prepare some basic food. Hosts were great - we booked a studio and even if we asked after being registered and luggage was already in the studio, they allowed us to switch to an apartment. It was very quiet and perfect for a rest after a day in the mountains. Will definitely stay there when we next visit Bansko.

We were three of us and hot water was running out. Early morning sun can wake you up despite the curtains - some window blinds might help. There are no restaurants nearby but this is not really a problem.

Na oko 15 minuta hoda od centra mesta, otprilike isto toliko do polazne stanice žičare. Prostran apartman, čist, velika terasa, kompletno opremljena kuhinja, veliko moderno kupatilo, ima lift, vozilo parkirano ispred hotela, nije bilo nikakvih problema. Preporuke.
