The room was very very clean as well as really warm! The bed was also comfortable, room looked better than on the photos. Furniture are a bit old. Still great value for money. Will definitely visit again!

Great location close to gondola (10min walk). My room was really comfortable and warm. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. There is sauna which you can use anytime for free. Breakfast was good and served from before 7.30am. There is as well other food available in the restaurant. I could leave my luggage there on my last day and come back to change before leaving Bansko. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was great! Everything was so perfect! It was nice and warm. And the room was cleaned everyday. The spa was great and such a lovely jacuzzi

Clean, quiet place, located in the old town center. Rich breakfast. Friendly personnel. Nice large room with comfortable beds. Nice balcony.

Small insignificant details, like: the toilet was leaking and I had to fix it every night to stop the noise of water in the tank.

Everything was perfect. Great location in a nice urban area, close to the center and gondola. Large and bright room, surrounded by a balcony to the east, south and west, with an excellent view of the mountains. Beautifully clean accommodation, towels changed daily. Excellent breakfast, something different every day. Secure parking in front of the house. Thank´s Ivan!

Добрый прием хозяина отеля и персонала.Теплый номер .Идеальная чистота.Рядом центральная улица Банско,но чуть в стороне.Тихо,спокойно.Завтраки вкусные.Сауна горячая.Чистый джакузи.Рядо кофейня и таверня.Красивый вид из окна.Цена хорошая.Очень понравилось.Будем в Банско,здесь остановимся😄
