The "tough guy"

Nice location, 5/10 min walk to the gondola Dinner was a bit better than the breakfast

1. I had a bad experience with the hotel's security. One night with my friends, we were hanging out in the lobby and I guess we must have just repositioned a bag which i guess was the bag of the security guy cus out of nowhere he shows up screaming, angry saying that who moved the bag this is my bag and just shouts, people are sleeping, gets the bag and moves away without us having the chance to say a word (keep in mind we were the only ones in the lobby at that time, no noise was made whatsoever, no complaints from other guests, the security actually made more noise alone than all of us together). Acting like a "tough guy" to your own guests wasn't such a good behavior but since we were on vacation, we didn't want to make a big deal of it. Other then that the other guy at the reception was quite friendly. 2. If ur looking for just a place to sleep and nothing more, than this hotel is the go to choice for you. The facilities are old, like really old, the bed is old and not comfortable at all. 3. The thermal bath and the sauna are really old too, with a tough chlorine smell which u could smell from the dinning area too cus they are right next to each other. 4. Average breakfast So if u think the price of this 3 star hotel is too good to be true than ur right it is.

Dirty floor in bath room, bad sound isolation. No private parking, you need to park on the street (but it’s common thing in Bansko, not sure how Booking can handle this)

I recommend this hotel. It was the best hotel i visited on this category on my third time in Bansko

Liked the dark wood atmosphere. Sauna and breakfast were a great addition to our stay.

There was an indoor pool that looked great, but the water was foggy and didn’t feel clean enough to get in. WIFI was very slow near room 5. I had an important examination to attend and used my phone’s hotspot instead.

The staff was wonderful. The location was 5 min from the gondola, which was great. Tha sauna was bigger than most places, and the spa area as a whole was OK.

The facilities gave a little older vibe. There was no parking on site, so sometimes it was hard to find a place to park nearby.

Breakfast was lovely, though it starts at 8:00 which can be a tad difficult if you want to catch fresh tracks in the morning. The sauna and steam rooms were great, and the hot-tub was quite relaxing. The staff was lovely and very helpful with all questions and requests.

They were late starting breakfast one morning so I had to skip it in order to get up the hill for fresh powder. I'm sure it was an honest mistake.

Food was great. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty and different every day. 5-min walk from the Gondola. Spacious rooms and friendly staff.

There were some spider webs in the sauna, across common parts of the hotel as well. We even found one in our room. But we asked the manager and the staff cleaned them the next day.
