Now our only choice in Bansko!

We really liked the owners. Their conversations and hospitality were truly sincere. The hotel's location was central and within walking distance of all the places to visit. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The heating was also very effective, and we didn't feel cold at all despite the cold outside. Many thanks to the owners for ensuring we had a perfect vacation in every way. If we come back, we will choose this place again.

Great guest house for the price!

This is a lovely guest house 10 minutes away from main town. Only a 10 minute walk to the gondola aswell- if skiing you get a locker at the ski shop as no drying room for ski equipment. Rooms were lovely and beds are very comfy! It is a very quiet guest house so recommended for couples or friends that want a quiet stay.

The most welcoming hosts - would love to return!

We loved staying at this hotel. Situated on a very picturesque street with a stream running through the middle - we were able to retreat from the busy main street whilst still only being a 10 minute walk away from the action. The hosts were lovely - couldn't fault them at all, so welcoming! The room was cosy and homely and very big - we even got to choose our room on arrival - cannot fault it.

Can't think of any sort of improvements, would love to come back!

Cozy family hotel. We were welcomed by the owners and made to feel right at home. The house has a "homey" feel, is renovated and very clean! Our Family Suite had two small balconies.

The bathroom was old-fashioned and not as clean as the rest of the house.

Probably found my goto hotel for future stays in Bankso

Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast provided is good and healthy and would be excellent for anyone who is a fan of traditional eastern European breakfast. The apartment I stayed at was comfortable and well-furnished. The bench swing in the spacious balcony was a nice touch.

A Perfect stay

An amazing Bulgarian style hotel, very clean and although in a quiet area, it's close to everything. Close to the gondola, to the centre, and to the old town. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Will surely visit again. A family run business which is efficient in every way.

Best location in Bansko!

Great location right in the centre of Bansko - everything is within walking distance. Lovely and helpful host - very welcoming. Overall great value for what you get.

Parking is limited (2 spots) and a bit tricky in the hotel yard. As you need to park behind each other, you need to align with other guests. Bathroom gets totally flooded as no shower curtain; small windows have no curtains, so the morning sun will wake you up. :)

-The room was very clean and cosy. There was a little fridge, electric kettle and tea -The owners were very kind -The homemade breakfast was very nice -There was a little fridge and tea

-Although the bathroom was very clean, some improvements in the shower area could be made. It is not separated from the rest of the bathroom and there was nothing to mop it dry after you take a shower -The beds were a little softer for my taste

We made our own breakfast in our apartment but had the breakfast one time. In all honesty there could have been more variety but it was OK. We enjoyed making our own in the room though and the facilities in the kitchenette were excellent. I loved the balcony and enjoyed a beer after skiing on the swing chair. We stayed in an apartment.

I prefer a separate shower than a wet room as everything in there gets soaked after a shower including the toilet etc. But thats just a personal preference thing and many will like that. In all honesty I'm clutching at straws to find anything negative as it was really nice. The only other thing I'd say is that the bed wasn't the most comfy and the covers were thin and didn't really fit the bed only just making the edges. But saying that i slept well every night. That could have been down to the long days.though.

Very clean (almost felt like new), comfortable, and cute place with that mountain cabin vibe. You can tell they put thought into the design of the space for the comfort of guests. Outlets everywhere to plug your devices. A nice porch area to have your morning coffee. Comfortable firm mattresses. It's also on a very cute, quiet, and well maintained street with restaurants, cafes, and little grocery stores in close walking distance.

Parking is tight, but the owner helped us get in and out without a scratch. No tea or coffee in the room, although there is a kettle and also a couple cafes 1-2 minutes walk.
