It's good BUT

Location was great, room was clean, spa and swimming pool are ok, there was as kid swimming pool and the water was good temparature, the spa was .. okish

We didn't like the food, the breakfast was fine but the dinner which is paid 40 EUR per person was terrible. Next day we went to a tavern and paid much less than 40 EUR per person and ate like kings. What i also didn't like is that they charge 9 EUR per night for parking. The room was fine and clean but very depreciated. The whole hotel is furnished and looks like it's still 2001 and there are stuff not working, like the shower, some lamps, in the hotel lobby you can see black spots and damage on walls and edges. Hotel is nice but they need to keep re-investing money in doing upgrades.

Overpriced hotel that is falling apart

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Also the spa was decent, but needs new pool chairs and bit more cleaning.

It is totally outdated. In desperate need of renovation. Floor in the apartment was dirty. Only 2 towels available. No utensils in the apartment besides two cups and two glasses. It has a kitchen but of what use? Should we bring pans and pots from home?? Thank god the sheets were clean, but the floors were not. You could feel dust and stuff inder your feet as you are walking. Also, we pay WAY too much to pay extra 20 euro for a parking!? 130 euro per night for a hotel that is falling apart and offers nothing is wayyyy too much. It is on us that we didnt read rhe reviews before we booked because we were in a rush. Dont make the same mistake as us.

the location was fantastic. the spa and being able to use certain spa facilities included in the stay was great. dealt with noise complaint efficiently.

I think because it was towards end of season, it wasn’t very busy, which meant the restaurant was not open. The hotel would have been much more relaxed if we didn’t have to put up with a noisy guest in a near room, playing ridiculously loud music from 3pm in the afternoon until late every night. The room was a little too warm, even though we turned the heating down, and there was limited hot water towards the end our stay.

The hotel is not so bad but not maintained well Dirty room. Pool was also cold and dirty We booked an apartment so we can use the sofa in the living room for sleeping (2 adults and 2 kids). Not a chance, don’t do it. Very uncomfortable. Kitchenette in the apartment- not sure why it is there but there are no dishes or table ware, so you cannot actually use it.

Pleasant

The accommodation cost us NIS 2,500 for three people for 4 nights and weeks before we wanted to add a fourth person and they asked for NIS 1,800 for a fourth person, this is exploitation Apart from that, the place is in a good location, three minutes' walk from the gondola, the staff responds to all requests, the rooms are good, the mattresses are very hard, overall, a reasonable and very nice place to spend a ski vacation

All in all good hotel. Could do with a bit of refreshing.

The shower was arranged in a strange way and when used all the water was going out of the bathroom tube and onto to the floor which was causing all sorts of problems. The glass barrier should be longer to prevent this from happening. Facilities and furniture are very old and they could with a bit of refreshing

הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב בו זאת הבריכה. והמלון היה ממש מול בית חבד

בכלל לא מתקרב למה שהציגו בתמונות! איך שהגענו היו כתמים על המצעים. ביקשתי שיחליפו לי הם פשוט הביאו לי ציפה חדשה ואני הייתי אמור להחליף את זה. חנייה יקרה מאוד. ופשוט היחס של העובדים. הרגיש לנו שתיירים מישראל לא היו רצויים שם. נתקע לזוג שהגיע איתנו הדלת הם פשוט פתחו להם עם מפתח ואמרו שישנו עם דלת פתוחה. הכיריים בחדר לא עבדו הגיע טכנאי מטעם המלון והיה מוכן לתקן וברגע האחרון הוא אמר שבעל המלון לא מסכים שיתקנו לנו את הכירה. לא ממליץ בכלל. לכו תשלמו טיפה יותר אבל תהנו מהחוויה!
