had a truly wonderful experience. The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The space felt welcoming and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. What really stood out was the value for money. For the price, the quality exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find such a good balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability. Overall, a perfect stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return again.

However, the fitness room definitely needs to be upgraded. The equipment feels outdated and limited, and it does not match the overall quality of the property. With some investment in modern machines and better maintenance, it could significantly improve the guest experience.

Bed bugs

Location was good

I feel obligated to write this so all other people can check their clothes and belongings because we found bed bugs in the bed on the last day of the stay. We were given a room on 4th floor, number 409, we set up our own sheets on the bed upon arrival, on the last day (we were there only 2 nights) before we go home we found 2 bugs (one was dead and one alive) on one end of the bed below our sheets (which luckily we brought with us). We called reception and two cleaning ladies came to our room, and told us no no, that's not bed bugs, we are in a mountain there are bugs out there, and then left the room... I am also posting an image from the bugs so you can see for yourselves, when we came home we called services for desinfection showed them the image and they confirmed that it's a bed bug indeed.. So now we are stuck with emotional distress, scared not to infect our home, disinfecting everything we had with us there and doing every precaution we possibly can.. which is exhausting.. And we went there to take a rest... Please check your rooms and things before you go home if you are already staying there.. It's safe to say we will not be staying there anymore!

Great stay!

The hotel was nice for the location and the staff too. They updated for free our room in a family room, also they gave as complimentary champaigne. The breakfast was good also.

They have to change the furniture and mattresses with pillows.

No hospitality, no willingness for change within staff…

Old building, normal or high temperature in hallways, potential is obvious, spa is from some old times and have also potential. Food is OK-ish. Male Receptionist (not remembering name, black hair, tall..) was very friendly and hospitable, but just him within several people from hotel staff team.

Old hotel with potential but without proper staff and visibility of improvements. Breakfast - If the breakfast is until 10am, and you arrive 9.45am, and you want coffee from machine or some fruit at 10am , you cannot take it - as staff literally started taking off at 09.58am all food and all groceries even cups and glasses and turning of machines for any simple drink you want to have. Hotel is full - in that moment were 6-7 tables still eating, and usual hospitality is to ask guest , not to tell me that is 10am and they need to clean. No manager, no regular hotel rules respecting guests. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Food 1 day OK-ish, second day not good (pictures attached), like no fresh eggs nor continental breakfast add-ons. Toilet - no possibility to decrease temperature. Water from shower does not go fast , you are in the pond in 2 mins. Room - very big room with not much good space usage, no place for ski staff, nothing on balcony even not cleaned properly from older guests (picture attached). Hotel with 4star need to have cosy sleeping room, not old walls and not good lights from 80s or 90s - nauseating yellow lights. SPA - reality is something different, there are rules and explanations for sauna or steam bath, but staff not professional and not helping (sauna on 70 degrees w/o possibility to increase if you want help from spa-staff, picture attached). Massage didn’t try, hopefully that is good like they advertising it. In general, spa complex need refurbishing and moderating to needed stuff - water in sauna with wooden bowl, steam bath with shower to clean seating places and trigger steam moment, newer mattresses on the beds in the rest room, staff included in work not using phones while easy seating. Water of 2eur 0,5l bottle is something very new to see in spa, not having flask with drinking water. Parking - no free parking if there is no space, as there is just place for approximately 8-9 cars , and for such hotel not enough.

Food was delicious with lots of options. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. All the facilities in the hotel were very warm even though the outside temperature was a few degrees below zero.

A pair of used socks under the curtain- and extra brunnete hair under the blanket.need i say more?

First of all, regarding hotels, i am not a strange/quirky person neither the person i travel with. When we arrived we found hair on the bathroom, a few moments later we find a pair of freaking shocks under the curtain. And after that, which we said ok... where we shouldnt... At night when we undo the beds to go to sleep, under the blanket there were again brunnete woman's hair, whereas my girlfriend is blonde. so they couldnt deny that. That was the final strike that first time in my life i went down to the reception. Receptionist told me there was nothing he could do untill next morning that housecleaners come and just because i insisted that i am not sleeping in that bed, the best he could do was to give me a pair of new bed sheets. next day they changed the sheets again, but still DID NOT CLEAN the hair from bathroom, NOR took the shocks i pointed are not ours under the curtain from the room. Hotel did absolutely nothing about the issue. As far as i am concerned i would never visit this again even if i was paid for it. no thank you.

Family Room was big, quiet and clean. Easy check-in and check-out

Only one smalll lift for 4 floors, need to wait sometimes 6-7 minutes for a empty lift. Breakfast is not bad (but also nothing special). Eggs, ham, 2-3 salamis, cheese, corn flakes, tomato and olives.

I do not recommend this hotel. Very bad services. Employees who get angry very quickly and start arguing with you.

I'm glad that at least we had hot water in the bathroom and heat in the room.

Be careful with this hotel. From the beginning when we arrived at the accommodation we ran into the problem of the parking space. The hotel has 5-6 parking spaces in the yard, which is very little for its capacity. The receptionists and the manager tell you to park on the street, pretending that it is the whole parking lot of the hotel. After an argument, the hotel manager tried to bribe us with the addition of dinner throughout our stay (although we had already paid for this service). The hotel has an extremely small elevator (maximum 2 people, without being ventilated). The hotel has 4 stars but if you want slippers you have to pay 2 Bulgarian levs. The pool is extremely small. The food is edible but it is mostly the same every day. The transport to the ski slope has a maximum capacity of 6 people at an interval of 30 minutes. If you no longer have room and do not want to wait until the next transport, the driver suggests that you get in the trunk. Overall, a poor accommodation that can ruin your mood very easily. Luckily, I came tired from the ski slope and fell asleep quickly.

They made us pay extra 50 levs for 'missing' towels

The room service left 2 towels less the day before our check out. We didn’t even think of complaining for such a “mistake" On check out they made us pay 50 levs (25EUR) for the 'missing towels' We offered them to search the bags if they want, trying to explain that it was a room keeping mistake - but they weren't very keen on listening.. Not recommending, really disrespectful and shaming!

A successful ski holiday!

We've spent 7 excellent days in this hotel and we've been really pleased. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well heated. The cleaning staff entered the rooms daily and the common areas were also clean. The daily breakfast was varied and included vegetables, fruits, meat, cereals, pastry products, tea, coffee etc of really good quality. We did not encounter any problems at the reception, the receptionist was smiling and kind even when we've lost both room keys. The kids enjoyed playing in the swimming pool. There is a bus from the hotel to the slope base with a regular schedule. Also, at the hotel entrance there is ski storage room which is really useful. We enjoyed the stay and we will come back!

Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and very warm. The spa centar is nice and warm and it is opened all day long. The food is very well prepared and is very tasty. Staff is helpful and friendly. 10/10 will come back again. Recommended for families with kids.

Below standards.

Quite spacious rooms, comfortable. Ski bus to ski lift. 2 of the reception clerks were kind.

Staff less informed. Chief of dining hall quite aggressive and obsolete; New Year's Eve ground floor party was very loud and kept even our five families (5 rooms), awake all night even on 4th floor; Not enough bathrobes for an undersized swimming pool (the reason we chose this hotel, even at a higher price, was the SPA...); No indoor slippers, in a 4 star hotel; The first cleaning was performed in day 3, upon request. On day 6, new waste bag thrown in the sink... Bad food for the only dinner we had there (1st evening - afterwards, only in town, plenty of delicious food). Breakfast satisfactory, coffee terrible; Noisy night clients got no remarks from staff; Upon check-out, no one from staff responded to our thanks and good byes...

For me everything is soo cute and i like sauna and swimming pool.

Pillow is very big and hard its not comfortable. Swimming pool is not for swim it is for relaxing on the end of the day.

Mi-au depasit asteptarile.

Am stat si in 2024. Pot spune ca spre surprinderea mea au crescut conditiile de cazare (mancare, curatenie, personal). De obicei trendul este unul descendent in timp insa acest hotel mi-a depasit asteptarile. Chiar ne-am simtit bine, la un pret corect.

Niste saltele mai comode ar face minuni!
