The location is amazing

The hob only worked on the last day, despite asking reception and sending the managing agent numerous messages to no reply. First the pan weren’t compatible with the induction hob and did not work. When I was given different pan the hob was then locked. No one knew how to unlock it. The swimming pool had a lot of sharp edges broken tiles really quite dangerous couldn’t fully relax in there, but was better than not having one at all

Great value place - second time we've stayed there for skiing and would definitely go back. Decent sized very warm room with comfortable bed, kitchenette and bathroom with a good shower. Good location with a short walk to the gondola. Staff were very kind and helpful whenever needed. Swimming pool and sauna available on the premises.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower curtain, which didn't really keep the water in (really good strong shower), but there was a drain in the bathroom floor anyway so it wasn't a problem. A screen would have been better.

Perfect stay for ski lovers

Close to the ski lift, wonderful swimming pool, sauna (included in price), ski room and huge apartments with everything you need. The location is close to the center and restaurants.

Exceptional

The studio was amazing, clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. It was very warm, which was perfect for our winter stay. It had a nice view. The spa was hot and clean. The hosts were very pleasant. The location is very near to the ski road. Highly recommend.

Close to the gondola but need some renovation.

Close to Gondola, big ehough for our family, the kitchen was well equipped. The receptionist was nice.

It needs some renovation, the walls are stained, so was the sofa, the swimming pool had the painting exfoliated from the walls, the tiles a little broken and green on the edges, you don’t have the best “clean “swimming experience. At the sauna was a bad smell, I did not feel like wanted to try it.

Really clean, spacious rooms, well heated! Only 50 meters from the ski slopes, where you can literally ski to the gondola. They even let us check in at 9 am

clean room; kitchenette had a stovetop, dishes to use (good enough to make a breakfast); heating was good (too much I would say, we needed to sleep with window open even if it was below 0 degrees outside) close to center and all restaurants

no daily cleaning - reception needed to be informed when you wanted the garbage to be taken, towels replaced, etc. very uncomfortable bed, the mattress's springs were so so uncomfortable, we could really feel them (had to ask for a thick blanket to put under the bedsheet)

Great stay at Predela 2

We arrived at the location to find out that it is closed and we will stay ad Predela 2 hotel. We only booked one night, but since the other hotel is also on booking, why not set Mountainview as unavailable? It is a little unfair. Anyhow, Predela 2 was very clean, the apartment had all one would need for a longer stay - two bedrooms and a living room, washing machine, 2 bathrooms and a balcony (with no view, at least not ours). I asked for an invoice, i was told it is not possible as I paid via booking - this the first hotel that says the invoice can be given only if i pay at the location. Probably just a misunderstanding or a language barrier issue. If we had booked for Predela 2, the overall score would have been 10, but given that we were relocated and could not get the invoice, i reduced to 7.

Great location for hiking and running. Perfect distance to town for an evening stroll and really friendly local people

The location is really nice.Close to the to the town centre for a day or evening walk and a few minutes walk from the forest too. The staff are really friendly and the swimming pool was a plus , especially on rainy days. Magnificent view of Pirin Mountain from the balcony were delightful to enjoy every day.

The mattresses of the beds could be updated as we found most are quite old and uncomfortable to sleep on.
