Budget & close to the airport

It is a nice location and it’s close to the airport. The spa is nice

It’s become very tired and run down unfortunately. I’ve stayed here about 7 times over the years and it used to be such a nice little boutique hotel I looked forward to visiting but the last few times have been disappointing and I doubt very much I will be back. The breakfast is pretty bad in my opinion. We actually went to the cafe next door this morning and it was delicious

If you care about Beach it's not the place to visit, whole Bali island.

Hotel's everything was very good and freindly atmosphere.

But The Beach is disaster!!! Full of trush. All I want to see is ocean and attractive beach but there was nothing. Jimbaran Beach was full of trush I was in shock. Trash was waving and nobody clean the beach which is very sad.

Not the value for money for the room we stayed

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff, everybody is doing the utmost best to please the gast. Massage was wonderful. The location is very nice. Nice swimming Pool We could leave the luggage for one more day at the Hotel, good service !!

unfortunately was the room not like which you would and can expect for the price. First off all, next to the room is a smoking area, not what you would expect, inside a first class hotel, inside a buidling ! The have been busy 2 days to arrange a key-card, which would work. 2 time Mecanis, for repair, all kind if issues with the key-card. The doorhandle in the bathroom, fall off. how can that happen ? Frontdoor of the room, was not easy to open, door closer on top was not working well, we had no interest any more to complain about it. The room in general, was disappointing if you take the price in consideration

Spa was fabulous. Restaurant good but xxxy compared to Legian and you really didn’t want to go out to eat and get wade through rubbish on footpaths or beach sadly. Little seperate cafe next door was good and priced well.

The beach DID NOT look like there first photo on their profile and the area around the hotel was filthy and we had just come from Kuta/Legian so we are able to compare Jimbaran with other parts of Bali. Also they had bookings in the top bar so you could not use it for 2 of the 3 days we stayed and we could hear people scrapping around tables and chairs most of the day and night as we we’re just under this venue plus Karoke/live music was loud. Not crazy loud or problematic but you definitely could not snooze during the day or during functions. Just warning families travelling don’t mean to be so negative but you wouldn’t want to get stuck there we left and went to Sanur for one of our full days there lucky we were only there 2 full days flew out early am on the third.

Terrible stay

Nothing, never como back

The facilities are old, the sheets are old and in need of replacement, the pillows are very hard and old, we had a terrible night, they make a lot of noise in the mornings, you can hear a lot of noise above the room and in the hallways, they slam doors, they move things and furniture from early in the morning, we couldn't get any rest, the experience has been terrible. The room is old, the TV is ridiculously small, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Besides, the neighborhood is awful, poor, there's nothing to do, it's dirty, and you can't find anything nearby that's convenient. The beach and the sea in front are terribly dirty and unpleasant.

Conveniently located not far from the airport for overnight transit, with good shuttle transport. Generally comfortable and good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very bad acoustics. I could hear every word of the phone conversations next door and the poor bloke was quite sick in the middle of the night - I feel bad for him, but could hear every detail of what he was going through as if it were happening in my room. (Also, who ever thought it was a good idea to separate the toilet/bath area from the room with a clear glass wall? It’s a design ‘feature’ of a lot of resorts in Bali that I’ve never understood)

Here is a clear and natural English translation suitable for a review: The Wi-Fi is terrible and barely works. The drinking water in the room has a strange, stale taste. The beach is dirty, and so is the sea. The administrators are rude. There are zero amenities in the rooms — not even a basic clothes drying rack. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel if you want to go out or do anything nearby.

Some of the facilities were a bit old. A/C was not working in one room and they shifted us to another room. The ala carte service was tasty but a bit slow.

A nice hotel but sadly the polluted beach lets it down

The Jimbaran Bay Resort proved to be a genuinely lovely hotel, delivering a high-quality stay with truly great service from the moment we arrived. The hotel features a sophisticated roof terrace and an accompanying rooftop restaurant which offers a wonderful setting for evening meals. And the dramatic sunsets. Breakfast was also a pleasant affair, offering a very good selection to start the day. For relaxation, the pool area is pleasant, complete with a convenient pool bar. We also appreciated the hotel’s separate seafront restaurant bar just across the street, featuring a few sun loungers and umbrellas for guests. In terms of logistics, the hotel serves as a good base for local exploration. We easily arranged a tour to Uluwatu from the resort, confirming its utility for accessing the southern tip of Bali.

While the resort itself is excellent, it is absolutely essential to inform prospective guests about the state of the local environment, which significantly impacted our experience. The beach is covered in an overwhelming amount of waste. Over the week we were there, the sand, as far as the eye could see, was littered with plastic debris, driftwood, and every other conceivable type of rubbish. This pollution makes it impossible to enjoy a walk along the shore or sit on the beach, and it was a real letdown. Compounding the issue, groups of stray dogs can be seen scouring the debris for food. While some of the beachfront resorts and restaurants attempt clean-up by raking up the waste, they often pile it up and burn it at night, which only exchanges one form of environmental nuisance for another. The local town of Jimbaran itself is also quite featureless and offers little to consult for dining or entertainment outside of the hotel premises.

Property was fine it was the beach area where the Seahouse Restaurant and the sun loungers was that could have been kept much cleaner I know there’s a lot of debris from the sea, but it didn’t look nice or feel nice having to walk around rubbish and stuff that’s the only thing I found unpleasant

it was very croudy anl loud. you can hear everything trough next door. i had afamily with young child who was crying and couhing at night in the morning start crying at 6qm. Also cleaning beggin in the eary morning. we had two night stay with no sliiping at all. Horible experience.

Adequate and standard service for a tourist hotel.

Location to the beach is very good although there is a road to cross; it is not busy and has a crossing attendant into the linked beach restaurant. Breakfast selection is extensive. Room is adequate and well serviced.

Room not sound-proof; can hear occupants of other rooms and disco on floor above. Pillows a little hard and no other options. Only one coffee machine at breakfast so inevitable queue.

Good Location but Service Could Be More Attentive

The resort has a great location, just a few minutes to the beach and local restaurants. The staff were kind, but sometimes service felt a bit slow during busy hours. Still, everyone was polite and tried their best to assist. Overall, the location made up for the small issues — it’s a convenient spot for exploring Jimbaran.

It’s a good and comfortable stay at the beach front location with amazing sunset views.

The location was beach front and it has an amazing sunset view. All the staff were friendly. The room and bathroom are relatively spacious and clean. I like the balcony with the drying rack. And I like the availability of the local food at the breakfast buffet and the in-house spa. There are restaurants along the whole beach front areas as well as in the hotel itself. The pool looks good too but I didn’t get a chance to use it.

It didn’t have a hand held shower, the floor was a bit sticky from the floor detergent when walking barefoot. The spa room is not energy efficient with the A/C running with the door open towards the A/C condenser next to the door.

Fantastic Service, Great Pools, Worth the Price!

The level of service here is truly top-notch. Every staff member, from the reception desk to the pool attendants, was incredibly helpful and professional—they really made the stay special. The resort has two fantastic pools: the main one near the beach and a smaller, quieter one higher up, which was perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. The breakfast spread was excellent—huge variety and delicious fresh fruit every day. It's a large property, but the landscaping and layout make it feel intimate and peaceful.

Amazing Location, Classic Bali Vibe

You really can't beat the location of this resort—it’s absolutely right on Jimbaran Bay! Stepping out onto the beach and having immediate access to all the famous sunset seafood warungs was incredible; it felt like a true Bali experience. The main pool area is lovely, well-maintained, and a great place to spend the afternoon. Also, the staff were so warm and genuinely friendly, always greeting us with big smiles. It has a beautiful, classic Balinese charm that felt really peaceful.

Perfect location, just across the street from the beach and they have beach front restaurants. The staff are so friendly, and the breakfast has lots of delicious options. Only 10 minutes from the airport, and the price is very affordable. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The hotel seemed very familiar to me, the staff was very friendly and always willing to help, the breakfast buffet was extensive, and services such as massage, room service, cleaning, etc. were always available.

I think it's a bit pricey in terms of price/quality (small rooms and the Jimbaran area isn't very nice)

Beautiful resort close to everything.

From the moment we stepped foot into the resort, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Such a lovely, clean resort with great facilities. Everything you need is in the resort, but it is also so close to all the Jimbaran Bay beach front facilities, including the famous seafood restaurants on the beach. Would definitely recommend this resort and it is now my go to resort in Jimbaran Bay.

There is nothing I could fault with this resort, although we stayed for only one night for the seafood on the beach experience. I do regret only staying for one night, next time it will be longer.

It was okay for a few days

Friendly staff, nice pool and good food

Lot of times they were out of food when ordering room service. Cleaners did a bad job, asked to clean sheets and even after calling 2 times they still didn’t clean them. Only the pillows. After the 3rd time where I had to stand watch they did clean. You can hear the room next door very very loudly and clearly.
