Rooms are comfortable and private with lots of natural light.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
It’s kinda old. Claimed as 4 star, but more like 3 star.
Breakfast was basic.
Interesting area, a bit sketchy.

I've stayed here a number of times over the last 12 years. It's not as luxurious as it was when first built but the price reflects this now and it's excellent value for money considering you get your own private pool. There is total privacy and the beds are really comfortable and high quality. You can hear people but I didn't see another guest in 3 nights. Wonderful. The staff are great. Great location for Kuta, best spa treatments at Febris just around the corner and so easy to airport. Loved that you could communicate through WhatsApp.

The property was decent but not great, comfortable bed, big shower, but not like the photos
My stay was for 5 nights and on night 2 they said there were technical issues and had to ask me to relocate or get a refund for the remainder of my stay.
