Loved the overall vibe of the place. It had great privacy, was comfy and relaxing. Staff cleaned the rooms everyday so it was great. All the staffs were humble and polite. Awesome service. Loved the room service as well. The food was great too. Loved the overall experience, would love to come back in the future.

The villa was beautiful and very clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful

The fridge is a bit small, being aussie we like to stock the fridge with Bintangs and coke. We adjusted to the issue with buying cans of coke instead of bottles as be purchased duty free spirits on the way to drink in out room.

The best stay

The staff were always so friendly, helpful & accommodating. Accidently booked the wrong room, they offered me a bigger room. The room was massive & perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, enough furniture inside & outside to make it a small home for the couple of weeks we were there. Couldn't have asked for more helpful staff, always going above & beyond. My partner locked me out of the villa & fell asleep, they found a way to get me inside in a short amount of time. The room was always cleaned daily @ our convenience (when we were out). So happy with my stay, would definitely recommend.

The water wasnt working a couple times so I had to call reception, it was fixed within minutes.

Satisfactory but doubt will revisit.

Customer service were good. They were quick in performing their task, the outdoor swimming pool were kids friendly too. Able to view the kids while a meal. It was a 3 level villa. level 1 is where the open concept is. Could fit 2 adults but prepare a mosquito net or repellant. second level is where the master bedroom is. spacious KING bed comes with onsuite bathroom. Third level are 2 singel bed and onsuite bath room.

The toilets were too cramp. Should remove the glasses and cover it up as a normal toilet as it provides more privacy. when it rains, it pours into the staircase which is dangerous. It's pretty much open concept, that was a lot of mosquitos and we saw a rat running away from the kitchen to across the indoor pool and climbed up the brick wall to escape. The walk to the room is not a smooth pavement so you're gonna have to carry the luggage or you can engage them to.

Disappointed

Just the duplex villa was good

I didn't like anything. After staying in 2 different properties, we had our last stay in this hotel. Nothing was good. The hotel staff didn't respond properly. Hospitality 0, charging higher prices for everything. (I will give an example:- we asked for airport drop service so they told 175K, we opened the Grab app and checked the price, it was 27k. And this is just one example of many). This hotel is greedy. During checkout also they tried a lot to get some money by saying all lies regarding missing glasses etc. breakfast had nothing to eat. Ants everywhere. Bathroom didn't have hand washes or lotions or tissues besides sinks. I can literally go on an on and on. I wanted to give 0 stars but just for the duplex villa being spacious and romantic, i gave 3 stars. Not recommended at all. There are many other places to stay much better than this at the same price.

Great location, Greay Accomodation.

18 Suite Billas has everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Close to the Main Street and Kuta Beach. The pools were incredible. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The buffet breakfast was great.

Charming hotel with groovy decor

Beautiful decor, great looking place. Nice vibe to the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to walk around the streets and to the beach.

Was a little noisy outside with bikes and dogs barking but I think this is the case anywhere you stay around Kuta. We wore earplugs and had a great night's sleep. We stayed after a few nights in very quiet places so we were probably more aware of the noise than others

Bed needs a change, during my stay internet was down so quiet disappointment. Very congested toilets and shower, there was no sofa / chair to sit.

Staff absolutely wonderful , pool, location to airport and beach.

Internet poor. Not properties fault but local area has changed so very much. Main road lacks variety in food options. We love all food including Indian but predominantly Indian restaurants one after another. Kuta seems to have suffered badly from Covid time as still very rundown despite many tourists.

nice private pool with day bed in downstairs area, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop across the road. staff are friendly and helpful. did not eat the breakfast, however it appears to be a small buffet style set up near pool. close to waterbom, discovery mall and circle K

Lovely clean hotel with a private pool.

This is a lovely hotel, the room was perfect and I loved the private pool. Breakfast was good, and room service meals were tasty and very good value. The location is great, easy walk to the beach, Discovery Mall, shops, markets and restaurants. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Everything is very clean. I would definitely stay again.

The private pool was nice and the resident cat was very adorable.

Size of the room is quite small and some of the bathroom fixtures were not working properly like the tap to fill the bathtub outside. At one time, there was no water supply to the room, so I wasn’t able to take shower after swimming, but the staff was quick to respond to the issue.

We had the best time here!

The villa we had was so nice with an outdoor kitchen area and an outdoor pool. There’s also the sweetest cat who lives in the complex! Her name is Alexa and we loved having her around! The staff were all so friendly and always on hand to help with anything you needed. The main hotel pool was lovely also, gets sun mostly all day and was warm enough to swim in!

Our villa private pool was in shade most of the day so was too cold to use!
