Loved the place from arrival, to covered walk ways if it rains, balcony, rooms, breakfast and staff.

The breakfast was exceptional. They had a menu to select from offering a lot of variety. I could not ask for more. The dining area was large and the staff friendly and helpul guiding us our first time. The food was very tasty and pletiful. Loved the breakfast.

Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was great. Spa very handy and clean, Location great for walking. Staff friendly. We were able to extend our book out time with no trouble. Close to airport.

Breakfast was boring, fridge seal needed replacing. Some people have trouble reading the pool rules.

Nice big room very clean close to shops and restaurants. Spa was great well priced.

Stepping into bath for shower quite a big drop stepping out on shiny wet tiles felt super dangerous. I’m pretty short and the shower head was so low I had to crouch to get under it my daughter said she had to hold it up haha washing your hair and body one handed. I also felt like a lot of do’s and don’t signs everywhere. The happy friendly staff I have come to love when in Bali isn’t something I experienced here hardly saw staff not even when power went out.

Great for families and very clean. We would stay again. The hotel is recently renovated. Our room had a huge Spa bath. Kids loved the playground and the pool.

Love the "superior" rooms at Febris. They are spacious, clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The large fridge is handy. Didnt use the pool but it was right there on the doorstep. Love the towel folding. Close to everything.

one things was the hotel doesnt offer air port shuttle. not a big issue but would have been nice to book through the hotel.

Great place to stay at the end of a holiday as so close to the airport.

The hotel room was spotless and clean. Bed was realoy comfortable. Air con was fantastic.

This is not a “didn’t like” but a preference. We were in a room on the second floor at the back of the hotel. I would have preferred to be in a room near the front of the hotel on the ground floor.

Had a lovely stay at Febri’s — friendly staff, comfy room, and great location. Right between Lippo & Discovery Malls, great fixed price market stalls and convenient for walking everywhere.

Sheer curtains behind the drapes would’ve been great for privacy without losing the natural light.

The location is great, and the rooms are quite and easily accessed. The In-house spa is worth a visit.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms was the worst, this was frustrating, along with having to reconnect each time I wanted to use it.

room was comfortable and clean. the breakfast was value for money but would like to see smorgasbord breakfast bought back the surrounding area of the hotel is green and restful. not sterile plants every where

An amazing and relaxing stay — we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back!

We loved everything about Febri’s! The staff were so kind and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options, and the spa was one of the best we’ve ever experienced.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, so we had to go down near the pool area to get connection.
