Amazing experience

Undeniably one of the best hotel in bali. I stayed in the deluxe room which had a living room 2 huge balconies and a bathroom with tub. Everything was super clean and nice. It’s 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and mall. The staffs are amazing and they were very helpful. The pool was super clean and the drinks on the poolside was great too. If I ever come to bali again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Super close to Discovery Mall. It did the job which was to be a place to store luggage, shower and rest before flight for cheap.

Bugs in my room. Bathroom was gross. I showered with flip-flops on because it looked and felt dirty, the shower head was broken so it was hard to shower and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. The tiny outdoor area was easily accessible by the people in the next room so safety was a concern, area was also littered with cigarette butts and next to a loud industrial fan. Room was dark with no access to natural light. Half the hotel rooms had out of order signs stuck to them. It’s very outdated and for slightly more per night, you can get a much nicer place if you intend to stay overnight.

Good enough for a one-night layover (and nothing more)

Courteous staff during the breakfast buffet and check in.

The cleanliness of the room is a lot of be desired. Water in the shower area doesn't drain properly (reversed slope). Some wall areas are damp. Overall not a great room. I would suggest spending a bit more and see if you can get into decent hotels in the same area.

how accommodating and friendly the staff were. We were going to leave before the start of breakfast the following morning, but they kindly arranged a packed breakfast for us.

Location

Old and tired. Room was in desperate need of refurbishment. Pool very cold and dirty. Breakfast was very average. The toaster was stuck together with sticky tape and didn’t work too well. Egg station very slow. No western food, mainly catered for Indian guests. Upstairs location not good for older guests. Had a nice big fat rat running around my porch area.

An affordable centrally located budget accommodation. 12min drive to airport.

A short walk to Discovery Mall, Waterbom and many restaurants, we coordinated with our driver @madeinbalitoursandtransport. Buffet breakfast where the milk pudding and egg station were my favorite. Or just swim in the adult pool with swim up bar. The coffee shop Dripz and laundry Mat TUDE super close.

A lot of rooms are under renovation but not an issue.

The location was good and the pool was a decent size. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size.

I found the hotel to be dirty. The bathroom smelt strongly of mould and the sinks produced a strong egg like smell when running the water. Housekeeping knocked and would try to be entering your room within a few seconds, this happened to be twice whilst I was in the shower.

Other guest making the stay unpleasant due to them shouting in the hall and playing music even knocking on other doors past 11pm, there is probably a policy in place but it is not fair for Guest to not sleep and then have to enjoy their day trip plans when woken up many times

Considering this is a budget hotel, overall we had a good stay both times. Staff were exceptional .

Location of the property and friendly staff exception Balinese hospitality. The room was comfortable and for a budget hotel was OK.

The rooms are tired that could do with a paint job and general tidy of fittings. Stayed on two separate occasions first time hair dryer glowed red, second time it was not in the room at all. Restaurant area some aspects of the furniture should be replaced.

Value for money

Value for money, the staffs are friendly, good interior design, pretty spacious the lobby, swimming pool, room location and balcony facing swimming pool. Inside the room is clean. Hotel location is around the center of kuta area, walking distance to some of nice restaurants, shopping mall, night clubs. Superb, definitely will come back here again next trip.

it was close to the airport.

staff wasn’t particularly helpful. They couldn’t explain which floor I needed to find my room (they used a weird numbering system which also wasn’t helpful)and although at the reception someone called another staff to show me the direction, I was waiting for him over 15 minutes. It definitely feels like a coming-n-going low connection place. Seemed many people used it for the super close location to the airport.

Awesome breakfast

Had to give it a 10 for the breakfast. Was fantastic and when I spoke to one of the staff about some of the food that I loved they were happy to talk to me and explain how it was made. Pool was clean and bar staff in the afternoon were friendly. Room cleaned daily and when I requested clothes rack it was delivered immediatly. Rooms were a little dated but good value for money
