Staff were amazing. Rooms though older were clean and had everything you needed. Stayed a week and loved it. Breakfast was enjoyable and nothing was too much for anyone. Location was fine if you don’t mind a walk We would go back again. Got spoiled with little highlights

Dinner was very nice, club sandwich by the pool was great. Room was very good, ground floor close to pool. Pool was great, not too big. All rooms overlook the pool area so would be happy on any floor. Dining area is nice, overlooking street so you can see what is going on. Very clean hotel. Very happy to stay again.

Breakfast, precooked eggs and no bacon. Had to get your own tea/coffee, no service, that was disappointing.

Friendly staff and a nice pool area. The staff surprised us with a lovely bed towel and flower arrangement for our wedding anniversary.

The place is overall shabby and quite dirty. It needs a good scrub and a coat of paint plus the room furniture needs an update or sanding and restain at the bare minimum. The curtains were broken, mould in the bathroom, dirty walls, mirror was damaged, mini fridge was dirty, shower/bath was grotty and covered in soap scum. The breakfast selection was minimal and many items over cooked and dry.

There is only one word to express our stay was PERFECT

Breakfast was the best , plenty of choice's and I liked bacon and scrambled egg and which wasn't at the buffay the staff were happy to make it for me

For me and my wife we couldn't ask for anything else it was great value and the best service from your staff we were there for 14 days and out of every thing we did , leaving your staff was the hardest

The staff are absolutely amazing of course it’s bali everyone in bali is amazing, caring, helpful, & will do anything for you. Anything that went wrong they fixed it right away.

It’s very outdated, we had 2 rooms and our bathroom was sooo old and gross but our second room we had for our 10 year old well his bathroom was a little cleaner looked less old. It’s also very noisy. We were on level 3 and kept hearing noises at night like someone was moving furniture across the room back and fourth soo annoying. Also the breakfast isn’t the best but it’s ok for a buffet and they do there best to accommodate. Also the cards to the room never worked so we always had to go back to reception to get them to re activate them again, again annoying but of course the staff were amazing and always sooo apologetic. They are lovely staff and will always fix the problem if they can. Also our safe didn’t work and they took it away and replaced it so again then are very lovely with fixing things. ALSO hope u like freezing cold aircon because we turned ours off everyday 😆 sooo cold…

Overpriced, but would definitely grab it again on the discount!

Beautiful lobby and the room, large variety for breakfast. Good location on the main road. I got it with 70% discount, so I liked everything:) wouldn’t go for the full price (€110), overpriced, considering that huge rats are running around the swimming pool in the middle of the day. But I guess it’s Bali thing, I still gave the maximum points for cleanliness as it looked clean and well kept after in general.

Room was too cold, I struggled to warm it up. Rats in the swimming pool area.

Mold in bathroom inexcusable

I’ve stayed in many hundreds of hotels. it’s inexcusable for there to be moldy shower curtain and bathroom areas. I can tolerate no hot water in the morning but no hot water in the afternoon. evening had hot water. wifi was inconsistent at best. All this said it was $27 USD. can’t beat that and I’d stay again.
