Breakfast is always so good and as a regular visitor the staff always welcome me back and know what I like.

I asked for connecting rooms as I was traveling with a friend. I did ask for both rooms to have double beds. Unfortunately this may have not been passed on to housekeeper.

The perfect place to stay. Great location, great room, great food and wonderful hospitality :)

Everything went well! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and always with a smile. We would like to give a shout out to Citra! Who was so lovely always smiling and remembered us from when we stayed two years earlier.

What didn't we like?............................. Well we definitely didn't like having to leave. That's for sure. We really couldn't find anything we didn't like. :)

Staff were excellent so polite lovely people. Our family were staying at the Bintang Resort making it so convenient for us.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like but if I had to mention something it would be that their breakfast could be better.

Great location at reasonable price and exceptional staff.

We booked the hotel as a last minute emergency when our flight home was cancelled. The room was very large and clean at a very reasonable price. The staff were exceptional, helping us with calls and messages to try to get a flight home to the UK. They helped above and beyond what we expected. we cannot thank them enough. They even used the Hotel car to get us to the Airport. We also used room service for food, this was delivered quickly and was very good.

Recommend if you’re after an affordable stay in Kuta

The most comfortable bed in ages. Pools were good. You could also use the Bintang Resort gym which was excellent.

Lovely staff and comfortable rooms. It was great to be able to use the facilities at the neighbouring Bintang Resort

Friendly staff. Good spread of break fast. Clean rooms. Ample parking space. Pleasant pool. Ease of check in and check out. Located near to restaurants and shopping area. Easy operated air conditioning in the room.

Nice place to stay and relax

The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping is made daily and the staff and housekeepers are really friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice and clean. We were allowed to use the ressort facilities, so we went to the pool and the private beach in there, was amazing. The breakfast was ok, they have a lot of options, mostly asian breakfast, fruit and bakery stuff. Maybe I would rather somethisg lighter as yogurth, cereal or oats, they do not offer any of them. Beside of that, everithing was excelent.

Bintang Kuta provided a great location and value for money with excellent facilities.

Rooms were well maintained and the pool facilities were excellent. The buffet breakfast was also provided to a high standard and provided great value for money.
