I enjoyed my stay at grand ixora -- staff were super helpful. I needed help with my room card not working one day, and they needed to have someone come and change out the door lock-- it was all fixed in less than 10 minutes-- very impressive.
room was clean and smelled nice, temperature control worked well, free 2 bottles of water a day kept me hydrated and healthy. highly recommend.

Excellent stay, highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience staying here. The location was perfect for exploring, and the entire property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and I appreciated the bottles of water provided each day. So much within walking distance. Breakfast was ok - definitely more Indonesian. Lots of options for the restaurant and room service. A different complimentary activity available most days near the pool.
