Checked out early. Doesn’t look like pics.

The toilet didn’t flush very well even after they tried to fix it. Looks nothing like the pictures. Seriously needs some fixing up all around. A lot of stains on the sheets.

Ideal area a little out of the hustle and bustle, close to the airport and beach it’s a lovely place to stay!

Staff were super friendly, pool is really nice, big and clean - it’s a cheap hotel so you get what you’ve paid for!

Beddings clean but has stains on it and it would’ve been nice to just have the room floor cleaned as I stayed for 7 nights

Cheap, near to airport, got few convenience shops ( eg Alpha Mart) nearby, it is ok if you just need a basic room to sleep, bed is just ok.

Facility only have a small swimming pool in moderate condition, did't see others. No restaurant inside. No daily room cleaning & resupply of water.

Nice staff, beautiful outside area, close to the airport, quiet area.

The bathroom not really working that well. No toilet paper, kind of weird shower and door couldn’t close.

The pool of the hotel was very nice. In addition, the location was good

My room did not have hot water, which made a long-term stay not an option. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the bathroom/"kitchenette" and bed linen was insufficient.

Nice area with a pool. Convenient location. Responsive staff.

Furniture and plumbing in the rooms should already be replaced. Our room was on the first floor, conversations and passing motorcycles were constantly heard from the street. Towels and bed linen also need to be updated.

The staff is nice

I didn't like the noise. I took a room alone instead of a hostel thinking I would sleep better but everything echoes in the courtyard. I slept beter in a hostel. It's not their fault but there was a big disrespectful group making noise very early in the morning. No toilet paper, cold water. And especially full of small insects that scratch in the room + internet doesn’t work very well.

i did not like anything from this hotel almost missed my flight and they don't care at all. they don't really follow instructions from guests. need to be more serious and more attentive to customers. assist - its like a " laisser fair hotel " with no real manager luckily i was there for only 5 hours because we were going to waterbom before our departure home . this was closest hotel to waterbom, bali but i wouldnt recommend this place for a 10day vacation . no hygiene if the rooms were like that i wondered if the pool was actually clean even though it looked nice to the eyes
