The best deal hotel around compared to other hotels nearby that charge the same.

I just stayed at this great new hotel. The location is perfect, really close to the airport, the mall, and tons of food options just a short walk away. I was there for 2 nights. The room and bathroom were clean, the hot water worked perfectly, and they had complete amenities. No mini-fridge in their rooms, but i just used the big one at the bar, which was fine. I allowed cook my own food there, they provide all the cooking tools and a stove. They also sell beer and soft drinks anytime. Honestly, it felt just like home, and the staff were so nice and helpful. Little note : please you all don't expect a five-star experience here, because of the affordable price. If you want something super perfect, you'll need to spend way more money. But for me, this place was the best deal around compared to other hotels nearby that charge the same, yes i've tried them.

Good deal for budget travelers

For the price of just 12€ it was a great deal for the night the hotel is very close to the airport If you are a budget traveler this place is a good choice it’s simple good and cheap for what you get just don’t expect everything to be perfect The room and bed was clean and wi fi was working The AC was ok Many shops and restaurants around

They have a pool buts it’s like 3 square meters big so no swimming possible Bathroom was not so clean the drain smelled and you could clearly see that they don’t clean the bathroom well stains and watermarks everywhere on sink mirror and shower doors also there was no real hot water

I will be back for sure!

I stayed with the family for a day and then decided to extend for another night. This place is brand new, affordable price but so clean. The room was bright and the air conditioner work properly. Not the biggest room, but it really spotless, and the bed was heavenly, it's a Kingkoil. They have fast Wi-Fi, a kettle with coffee, tea, sugar and mineral water. The bathroom was also clean with hot water that actually works. Staff were fast and nice. The pool is small but great for relaxing. And, the communal kitchen is one of my favorite, you can just cook your own meals whenever. Plus, the location is super convenient, close to everything. It's a great deal for the price. They have the Rp 150k airport transfer to the hotel, nice driver too. Highly recommend, will be back for sure!

Dog house

New building with a good layout and secure and in a good location.

No chiller to keep personal stuff and medication in the room. Electronic door lock temperamental and hard to unlock. Owners dogs barking throughout the night and worst of all dog poop everywhere .. not healthy and not a good look for customers. I personally won't be going there again.

A Very Nice Hotel Option in Kuta for Budget Minded Travelers :)

The property was only a short ride from the airport, and as I believe the small property is relatively new, the room and bathroom are clean and modern :) The hotel area is very quiet. The room had nice blackout curtains and a very comfy mattress, which allowed me to sleep really well! I dealt with 2 staff members during my one day stay - both were very helpful and nice! :) I did not use the television in the room, or the pool and did not eat or drink anything there, so I cannot comment on those things.

While there was not anything I didn't like, I think there are a 2 improvements that can be made without a large expense to create a more comfortable experience. And there was one issue that I had, that might have only been my room, though I don't know. 1) I highly recommend the hotel install some type of latch on the room doors, for improved security and peace of mind at night. Modern travellers expect this in their hotel rooms at all price points and these are not expensive and easy to install :) 2) Bali is warm, it would be helpful if the property considered placing a mini-fridge in the rooms so that people can purchase and keep food and cold drinks in the room. This is very common and expected in locations like Bali and would enhance the value of the hotel to the guest. Lastly the new looking, name brand AC unit had a hard time cooling down the room? It was working, but just not enough to effectively change the temperature in a short period of time.

pleasant stay.

I love the facilities & interior of it. The location is near to the airport too & it’s convenient to stay even for transits. The staff is very accommodating with our requests since we have big luggages & she managed to contact taxi to sent us to the airport from door to door etc. She even suggested eat places around there as well. Overall, we have a good stay though it was just a transit. recommended.

Great stay for a few days!

Good location. Bottled water daily. Very nice staff.

Walls are very thin, hear doors slamming all night. We were in room 205 originally and heard dogs barking all night. The bathroom smell was horrendous but after a few days, we asked for a different room. We moved across the hall and it was so much better!! Room 206 for the win!

It was very good value for money and I would stay there again if on a budget. Many shops were close

I didn,t have breakfast. The location was within walking distance to the beach. The taxi had difficulty in getting to the hotel because of the narrow blocked street.

Pool was really only a Spa size. No creamer provided for the coffee or tea. No elevator.

Overall not bad

Very comfortable bed, clean bed sheets. Perfect location, close to the beach and a mall.

Smell from the bathroom drain. Very noisy, there’s no sound insulation whatsoever. The feeling is like you are sleeping on the street.

It was mostly clean, except for some hairs in the sink, nothing big but would be so appreciated if they keep their cleaning levels to top as it’s one of the main differentiation between other accomodation offers

We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for 3 nights and everything was great! The location was really great – everything we needed was close by. The staff was also very friendly. It was also very quiet at night, which made for a relaxing stay. The room itself isn’t very big, but since we were only traveling with backpacks, everything fit nicely into the closet.

One small thing that could be improved is that there was no hand soap, and the shower gels and shampoo provided by the accommodation were empty. But since we had brought our own, it wasn’t a big problem for us.

Praktische Position nahe Flughafen.

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss direkt auf die Straße raus und hatte nur eine Glastür. War im Endeffekt aber kein Problem.

Mon deuxième séjour, très correct. Une cuisine à l’accueil est mis à disposition, frigo et bonbonne d’eau. Bouilloire et thé et café à disposition dans la chambre. Quartier est sympa, plein de commerces autour, plage à 5 mn.

Super ruhig (!) und sauber. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Modern hergerichtet. Alles zufuß erreichbar. Super für 1-3 Nächte. Fußläufig zum Flughafen.

1 nuit à Kuta

La chambre était spacieuse avec un grand lit et très lumineuse. Cabine de douche appréciable. Emplacement proche de l’aéroport (nous avons pu y aller à pied) et de la mer.

Accueil du personnel moyen et Check in possible seulement 1h après l’heure indiquée (3pm au lieu de 2pm)

Pas très cher mais peut vraiment mieux faire.

Très bel emplacement, proche de tout dont un centre commercial et une rue très animée La piscine semble agréable. Le lit est confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

La chambre n'était pas très propre (quelques poils dans la salle de bain et au dessus de la tête de lit). L'hôtel est dans une ruelle un peu sombre donc la nuit, on peut se sentir en insécurité (ca na pas ete mon cas) Le veilleur de nuit n'était pas très enclin à nous accueillir et ne parle pas très bien anglais.

Ce n’est pas du tout sonorisé, nous entendons les autres chambres… assez gênant… Notre chambre n’était pas propre, des cheveux noirs dans la salle de bain (lavabo, toilettes, par terre) et les serviettes étaient tachés… dans les draps aussi…
