Don’t do it!

Good location near airport and restaurants on Jl Kartika Plaza.

Apart from the location there was nothing to like about this hotel. They have a strict no check in before 2pm even if your room is ready. Room is tiny, fridge didn’t work, no shower curtain in bathroom so the bathroom was soaked when you had a shower. We paid extra to have breakfast included but were then told that due to their being less than 10 people ordering breakfast they could only provide Nasi Goreng or Mie Goreng. We have stayed in a few low budget hotels in this area to be close to the airport and been pleasantly surprised by the quality but we will not be returning to this one. Horrible.

Large clean rooms with added breakfast makes a great combo for a weary traveler

The breakfast was an added value. Their bar, restaurant and breakfast ate is reached on the 1st floor walking through a trellised arbor area. Really just beautiful.

The hotel in itself is beyond expectation..we just only could stay 2 nights so did not allow for any exploring as we had contracted for a car and driver for our two day stay.

Ok for a one night stay

The staff were helpful in moving us.

We were originally given a room which was dirty and the bathroom unfortunately had a lot of flies in. We were kindly given another room but only after the staff suggested we pay for an upgrade. We had paid for breakfast but because we moved room they removed us from the breakfast list which was disappointing. Budget friendly but I think there are far better places to stay in the area.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

This was a horrible experience. This place it not dirty, it is filthy! The whole thing looks like a construction side, it's that run down. The sheets aswell as the towles had big stains. Some of them were really big and some of them looked like blood. When I pointed it out to the owner he did not seem to understand my concern. I learned my lesson not to book such a cheap place, this stay was honestly a nightmare. DO NOT recommend to stay here!

there is not reception. if you arrive late night it could be a bit scary. they are in a construction. You basically will stay near building site. Owner came at 3 o’clock am and asked me to pay. He could wait until the morning, because I saw him downstairs when I left.

Très bien pour transit

La proximité de l’aéroport ! Nous étions en transit une nuit, la rue est animé à 150 mètres, la plage à 300 mètres, et l’aéroport à 5/10 minutes ! L’hôtel est super mignon, avec une belle piscine !

Man ist vom Flughafen super schnell in der unterkunft, deswegen hatten wir sie auch gewählt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut und man bekommt was für den preis zu erwarten ist.

Die Angestellten waren eher genervt von uns und nicht gerade höflich. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen

Salvo el baño todo estuvo perfecto.

La ubicación, las piscinas y el personal. Todo genial salvo el baño.

El inodoro estaba mojado y con manchas cuando llegué. En general al baño le faltaba mantenimiento y las toallas tenían manchas. El frigobar no funcionaba.

SUBERBE séjour!

Nous avons adoré le personnel et que dire de l’endroit!! Belle piscine, belle chambre et surtout assez calme (une belle ambiance). La situation géographique est idéal. À quelque pas de la plage (5-10 minutes de marche), proche des beaux restaurants et cafés. Nous y sommes restés trois nuits et nous avons été très satisfaite. Merci à toute l’équipe qui a veiller sur nous durant le séjour!

Tout était parfait. Il s’assure déjà durant le séjour que tout est correcte!! Ils sont attentionnés mais surtout respectif aux commentaires.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte al Rabasta Enjoy, pertanto posso dare un giudizio in base alle prime impressioni. Location carina, camera climatizzata e pulita. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo con possibilità di scelte internazionali (come brioches o cappuccino) a pagamento.

Diversi giorni prima del nostro arrivo chiesi per messaggio tramite Booking se potessero trovarmi un taxi aeroporto-hotel. Non risposero. Riscrissi il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo e mi dissero che il loro driver era impegnato in altri giri. Arriviamo la sera e chiediamo un taxi per l'aeroporto per la mattina successiva: mi rispondono che il loro driver era impegnato ma che potevano prenotarmi un taxi da internet. Mattina dopo arriviamo in reception (c'era un altro ragazzo) e chiediamo del taxi: non c'era traccia di prenotazione. Abbiamo poi prenotato noi un Grab, ma la serietà?

mooi traditioneel hotel gelegen in een rustig gedeelte van Kuta, weg van de drukte. Ruime kamer met badkamer en bad, ik ben eigenlijk een douche man. Ontbijt is Indonesisch, maar wel lekker. Ander land andere gewoontes en aanpassen mag. Voor de verkoeling is het zwembad Vriendelijk personeel Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima

Praktisch durch Nähe zum Flughafen

Mein Zimmer im Rabasta Enjoy Kuta war praktikabel. Ich habe nur eine Unterkunft für 1 Nacht gesucht, um am nächsten Morgen zum Flughafen zu kommen. Den Transfer hat das Hotel für 150.000Rp angeboten.

Das Zimmer und Bad sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch leider für mich nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Meine Matratze war durchgelegen und das Laken hatte Flecken. Zum Einschlafen krabbelte ein Tausendfüßler über meinen Hals. Allerdings hatte ich in 3 Wochen Bali und 6 verschiedenen Unterkünften nie ein Bett oder Zimmer ohne Tiere. Das Frühstück war nicht einmal ausreichend für mich. Für eine Nacht ok, für einen Urlaub NEIN

Un mois pour avoir une réponse sur la possibilité de venir nous récupérer à l’aéroport, proposition pourtant faite par l’établissement. Evidemment un mois pour avoir une réponse négative et ce la veille du départ. Petit déjeuner oublié, servi en retard après avoir été réclamer et bien sur pas avec la commande effectuée la veille.
