The restaurant staff were too busy on their phones & interacting with each other to even notice you.

Everything was great! Room was clean and quiet, staff super friendly, I asked for a specific suite and they give me the one I asked for. Bathroom was clean and with hot shower. Close to airport, Kuta beach, lots of Warung and restaurant around.
