The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially want to thank the doctor and nurses who assisted us during our stay. Their response was very quick, and their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. The location near the airport was also very convenient.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Our stay was short, and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area
Great value for money
Lacked a welcoming presence when arriving. Needs Fans, fresh flowers, nice scent and Balinese music playing in lobby. Restaurant chairs are dirty.

The staff here were very nice to talk to and willing to do anything for you. I really like my one hour massage as well was perfect
The place is very rundown rooms where not fab and couches that fold out where a bit old and stained
Not much in the rooms and very little towels. Personally found the buffet average, while I appreciated the variety I didn’t eat anything that I finished. Nevertheless you have options
Pool was ok I think for a stop over it’s fine but I could t stay here for a few days
