Home away from home

Nice and quiet. Kids loved the pools. Rooms were made up daily. All the staff were ultra friendly. Breakfast was good, plentiful and lots of choice.

I only stayed for 2 nights but it was certainly value for money.

Very friendly staff. Welcoming drink when I arrived was refreshing, the room was tidy. The people are so friendly, I would stay there again.

Amazing hotel with great staff and excellent facilities and location

The staff are one of the biggest reason we come back many times. Housekeeping is exceptional and Adi who has sadly left to go off and venture the world, we cannot wait to book again to see Agus, Gusto, Dani and all the amazing friends we have made. Guest relations young lady (huge apologies I have a mind blank) is so attentive and is extremely helpful with any requests. Cannot wait to be back again in hopefully a few weeks xx

Lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff.

The hotel was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an excellent buffet catering for most tastes. The service around the pool was also friendly and attentive. Kuta wasn’t our first choice of location but we were meeting friends. If Kuta is your thing, then The Bali Rani is ideal. Set amongst the hustle and bustle but once in the hotel it is mostly quiet and relaxing.

The hotel was perfect for a Kuta based holiday.

We booked this hotel as a day stay whilst we waited for our evening flight. Beautiful grounds, stunning pool, great location, and excellent staff. Chris was exceptional.

Bali Rani feels like home - we love how close it is to the airport and the way we are treated like family- the pool area

Love the area it is in - the staff are really nice and friendly and we are always looked after - especially by Gusti and Dana.

The door key card didn’t work properly and I had to figure out the trick to open the door.

It was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet being that it is located in a busy area, once you step on the property you have no idea just how busy it is on the exact same street.

The fridge wasn’t as cold as I am used to but this may be just Bali in general.

Lovely time in a lovely hotel!

Staff were so welcoming at all times, buffet breakfast had a great variety of foods. Room was cleaned daily upon request with new bed sheets, towels and water. Pool was relaxing with enough chairs for everyone to enjoy.

My partner and I slept on single beds pushed together which were quite uncomfortable with the gap in the middle. The beds were also hard. Sheets on the bed and the towels had stains in them which felt a bit unhygienic. Had to request for new towels due to stains.

The staff are wonderful friendly and attentive, Gusti every morning would greet and set up towels for us. Pool lovely, great walking distance with toddler to restaurants and waterbomb

The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful, pool area great, restaurant was also great good food reasonable prices, we got a discount as we were staying there. The location is fab just outside the door are many shops, bars, restaurants, beach is a 5 minute walk away, it’s only 15 minutes from the airport.the breakfast was very good, hot and cold food, the whole hotel was spotless everywhere was very clean. Our room was very clean , my only comment was a little dated needs updating but spotless. Would definitely return.

We have been going to the Bali rani for over 17 years but unfortunately we won’t be returning to stay again.. sadly to hotel has dropped its standards our room Smelt so bad there was mould everywhere, the air conditioner was dripping water, breakfast was awful and not much to select at all .. we love the staff which why we returned but unfortunately we will now have to just go visit staff when here .. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and for the price there are many others that you can stay in

Too many rude, arrogant and ignorant Indian people who have little regard for other guests in the hotel. The bar area and other parts of the hotel are looking very tired and need refurbishing to improve the overall look of the place.

The room, set up as it was perfect for us. The staff was always so welcoming and happy towards us and the kids. Kids area of the pool was nice and safe.

Near discovery mall

So bad, I had to move out early, no refund offered. Pool has black slime algae from not cleaning. Room smells like mould, shower is mouldy and dark. Bedding smells like greasy past users. Staff will bother you asking for sponsorship etc.

Excellent location. Our flight came in after midnight and it was only a short taxi ride to get there. Lovely aesthetic, not too big or crowded, very peaceful. Only a few minutes’ walk to Waterbom waterpark, which was a great family activity. Great buffet breakfast.

I asked the hotel to help organise a taxi for us and they just pointed us to a man standing there. The night prior, the staff had said they would call a bluebird taxi for us but this didn’t happen. We went with him since the hotel seemed to recommend him, but I’m pretty sure he overcharged us. Staff the night before seemed helpful, staff the next day were a bit dismissive. Pillows on the bed are very thick and solid. My husband likes a softer pillow so he ended up using a towel.
