1. Staff tried to incorrectly charge me for my booking 2. Even though I booked a rollaway bed the staff said they had none available. I said if that’s the case I’d have to cancel my booking. Amazing how quickly a rollaway bed appears when they were faced with losing a 5 room booking 3. They tried to charge me for a glass even though a staff member had taken them from us at the pool Area 4. Rooms smelt 5. Mould growing all over the room walls

Comfortable Stay with a Great Location

The hotel accommodated our early-morning late check-in, which we informed them about after booking.The staff were friendly. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of the nightlife in Kuta. The buffet breakfast was nice and offered every day. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was comfortable and perfect for resting and recharging before the next day’s trip. The hotel also has two swimming pools and hot/cold showers.

Nice hotel in central Kuta

Located in central Kuta Nice clean room with pretty good wifi download speeds, nice pool in a really good setting. The staff were wonderful and many thanks to Ngurah who was very nice to talk to and provided plenty of information for me.

Shower water pressure could be better. Upload speeds for Wi-Fi was not great (was better near reception)

Had everything we needed for our 8 night stay

Fantastic central location, close to Waterbom, restaurants, markets, beach, mini-mart - everything we Interconnecting rooms were great for our family of 5, spacious, water delivered daily, Great buffet breakfast (although not included in price) for only $15 (adults) / $8 (kids), we ate here a few times, lots of good options nearby also Two great pools, lovely/friendly/helpful staff, rooms cleaned daily, beautiful gardens Although a bit run down we loved the real Bali feel to the place

Bathrooms definitely in need of some maintenance/TLC A bit of a miscommunication - had requested third bed in interconnecting room which wasn't made when we got there, but staff were apologetic and arranged mattress on the floor very quickly (if it had been late at night it may have been an inconvenience though)

Good location but in a need of refurbishment

It’s conveniently located close to main Kuta hub and to airport, which is why I stayed there. Room was big, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly

accommodation is dated, bathroom was not in a good state, shower head kept on coming off the water tube so it was a challenge to take a shower comfortably.

3 Weeks at the Melasti.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was regularly cleaned. Sudii was an excellent cleaner always smiling, friendly and polite. Any maintenance issues raised to reception was taken care of straight away. Restaurant had a good selection of meals, and reasonably priced. Restaurant staff were also very friendly, polite and helpful.

One member of the Security staff was very rude and insulted my partner, which made us feel uncomfortable. I almost cancelled the rest of my stay. I believe it may have been handled after I complained. Still his insunation and expectation was way out of line.

The location is great,near restaurants, beach, shops. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but ok. The breakfast is small but also good. The room was a good size, there were three of us in three Single beds, plenty of room. Overall a great Balinese hotel with character. Will stay again 🙂

Property really needs updating, very run down and the sheets and towels were very discoloured. I had to change them as they did not look clean. The bath was very worn and looks dirty/discoloured and pillows awful.

The hotel is close to almost everything and that’s the only good thing about it

Buuuut the rooms had mold and the smell of it was a killer couldn’t sleep , this absolutely a huge issue I don’t know why a hotel is not fixing it …. There was also a worm inside the room . I don’t recommend at all even though I stayed one night but it was horrible

Perfect place to stay when you've got a late departure from airport and still close everything

We used this room as a transit point for our late departure from the Airport,10 minutes from it. Very clean rooms, a little outdated BUT very good. very hot water from the shower which was great. Bathroom was very clean but outdated.

Not enough power points. Only one in the entire room to charge your phones etc from. Bathroom had a Bath/Shower which I dont like and the shower head was not the best. Phone reception was not good in certain areas of the room and non existent at times.

Totally recommend

The people were amazing! Wida from sales and Angg from the breakfast made us feel at home. I can say that the hospitality in the hotel is an incredible experience. Also really close to everything beach around the corner, and market in front you don't need to worry about anything.

The rooms can have an upgrade after that all good.

A truly delightful sojourn in a quiet and beautiful hotel .

The beautiful garden, fabulous swimming pools , excellent attentive and professional staff who were always available to assist . My room assistant / housekeeping attendant Sudiana was cheerful, efficient and goes out of his way to assist all guests. This property is a gem & I will definitely stay again .👍🏾

The whole property is lovely particularly the garden but the front reception area is a little ordinary & does not show how beautiful the hotel is further inside .

Given its location and friendly staff it’s got to be the best 3 star hotel in Bali

Really great staff. Comfy bed and clean bathroom/toilet.

Could also do with a really good spring clean of doors, frames and wooden furniture in rooms. Rooms are dated and the lower priced rooms bathrooms are very basic and old but do function. Definitely worth paying the very little extra to go from a superior to a deluxe room.
