I loved staying at the Bali Gaden BeachResort

I was surprised by how beautiful this resort was, the gardens, pools and buildings captured everything i hoped i would find in Bali. it was very budget friendly. the staff were lovely. the services offered by the Spa were excellent and very affordable.

there was construction noise from the Kuta Beach restoration, but it wasn't too noisy or disruptive.

Pretty much everything. Spacious rooms, great facilities and gorgeous gardens. Beautiful place for relaxation. Loved the ladies at breakfast. They were so sweet and helpful.

Got my nails (manicure) done at the spa, it was awful. The worst experience ever. The nail "technician" had no idea what she was doing. Get them proper tools too. Also, some of the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional.

What can I say! My experience was absolutely amazing. Bit of a back story. I immigrated to Australia over 22 years ago and haven't been on a plain or had a holiday since. My first time in Bali and I was a bit skeptical as I had heard two sides. Your staff were so friendly and professional, the food and drinks were amazing. The facilities exceeded my expectation. I loved every minute of being there. The added bonus which I was blown away was we were allowed to check in early, check out a bit late and our cases were looked after while we continued to enjoy the pool until our driver picked us up for the airport. The fact you had a departure lounge with showers so we could clean up before our trip was the icing on the cake. We were so impressed. I love this resort. I booked it because a family member has been there five times and wouldn't go anywhere else. Now I am of the same opinion. I want to come back again as soon as possible, and I am planning a solo trip to Bali Gardens later in the year. Thank you so much for the most amazing experience.

I did notice a shift in staff friendliness towards the end of the stay. I don't mean anyone was rude or not nice, but when we first got there, the staff particularly around the pool had such a good energy and genuinely seems excited to see you and help you. They were all wearing lovely colorful uniforms and looked very authentic. A couple of days before we left, there didn't seem to be as many staff, so there was a bit of a wait between drinks and on some occasions, I had to go to the bar to get someone's attention. Not the end of the world but just noticed a change. They were wearing white t shirts and navy shorts and looked quite casual. While friendly, they didn't have that same vibe the other members of staff had. I'm not sure if there was a reason for the change in clothes and it isn't a big thing, but the ambiance around the pool was definitely different to when we first arrived.

A green sanctuary in the heart of Kuta, a must stay experience.

The gardens were beautiful and made us feel like we were in a sanctuary in the middle of Kuta. The large lagoon pool was also a standout.

Was ok wouldn’t stay there again mould is very unhealthy

Staff were lovely and food and drinks were great and cheap

First deluxe room which we paid for stink of mould the whole floor stink of mould asked to be moved and was put into a superior room which is cheaper than a deluxe online. The mould smell was horrendous then it was painted over the next day to I guess cover the mould smell

Relaxing 😌 perfect location

The location was amazing , the views from our room of the gardens truly special , the staff amazing 🤩 the buffet breakfast was the best we had in Bali . Every day it changed which was even better 😊 the restaurants that are part of Bali garden are amazing with food choice and amazing staff at all of them . We will definitely stay again .

Lovely resort with great value and amenities, but don't expect beach time

Beautiful hotel and gardens, meandering pathways, statues and art, a lovely temple structure. 3 great, deep pools (the spa pool is adults only), 7 awesome restaurants! Good food and not overpriced. Impeccable service and super cheerful staff. Got a good special for massage, body scrub, facial, and foot massage for only 550k (3.5 hours!). Decent breakfast. Room was nice, but the beds were too hard for me. Nice balcony. Good soundproofing. No use of plastic bottles! Drinks and food delivered poolside. Swim-up bar. Awesome Waterbom water park is right across the street.

No fault of the hotel, but the beach is off limits due to beach enhancement project. Large heaps of debris and heavy equipment all along the shore. Unfortunately a lot of garbage on the beach and in the water, even well north of hotel. Coastal boardwalk is convenient but mostly trashy. Hotel pools and amenities made up for it. Hotels do not seem to acknowledge airport pickup requests on Booking.com. When I requested confirmation, the hotel told me my request was "last minute" and denied me. When I pressed them, they came through.

Every morning my cleaning lady left me a little suprise leaving me with a big smile on my face.

Breakfast was insane. Delicious!! There was no way I was missing out on breakfast. I dont usually eat breakfast, but I did at Bali gardens. Yummy!

There is always room to improve with every single thing in life, but I truly think the guys at Bali gardens, didn't give me anything to dislike. I'm being dead set honest.😀

Fantastic Property

Fantastic staff, food, bars, pools, rooms, restaurants, location.

All the excavators and loaders parked out the front of the property. All the rubbish piled up just outside the property. But this is out of everyone's hands and is due to the beach erosion and rubbish washing ashore every night.

Little piece of Balinese paradise hidden away in bustling Kuta.

Feels like you are hidden away in paradise yet so close to everything. Beautiful grounds, staff and pool area with a nice swim up bar. Great breakfast with Western and Balinese options. Great service by staff at breakfast, always smiling. Late checkout given with minimal fuss. Staff always there to accommodate you. Great value for money.

Some evening shows would be a nice addition around boardwalk frontage.

Breakfast was good and enough to set you up for the day The freshly cooked eggs and pancakes were excellent and cooked in the mini outside live kitchen! We had a family room - the rooms was spacious and beds comfortable, but aircon makes the floors slippy - be careful! Onsite/associated restaurants are good - the "Temple by Ginger moon" is excellent. Very close - 5 minutes walk - to the Waterbom water park - which is excellent and a 20% discount is possible with your stay in the hotel

Great stay for a stopover on the way home to Oz, get a room with a balcony.

This hotel has the most beautiful grounds, it claims to be beachfront however its unusable beach, but it is on the "beach front boardwalk". The staff are friendly, especially in the Temple Moon restaurant, We ate at the pool bar, and two other hotel restaurants and the food was good, but amazing food and service at Temple Moon. The area is busy, but has everything you need, waterbom park is across the road, Discovery shopping centre is 100 metres, close to the airport which is why i chose this hotel and the beautiful grounds. The room has cold filtered water which is a bonus.

We booked a family room for a 2 night stay. The room was damp and the room had a very strong moldy smell, we were unable to keep the door open onto the patio as there were too many mosquitos, the outdoor sitting area off the room is quite dark and overgrown (tropical) not suitable to sit outside. This was the only bad thing. The rest of the hotel is super beautiful and lovely.

Great stopover

We had a 12 hour stopover and booked a family room so we could store our luggage, have a wander about Kuta and freshen up before our next flight. Turns out we never left the resort. Food was great, spa was great, the staff and facilities were awesome. The grounds of the resort were beautiful.

Spotless rooms, delicious food, and a peaceful adults-only pool for a perfect relaxing stay

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options to choose from. I especially appreciated the adults-only pool — it was wonderful to have a peaceful space to unwind (nothing against kids, but the quiet was lovely!). The on-site restaurants also offered an excellent range of dining options.

Loved it. Cant wait to be back

We travelled with 4 teens, 15,16,16 & 16. The room was interconnecting with 3 single beds in one room for the boys & a king bed & single bed in our room for our daughter. Breakfast had a great selection of fruits, pastries & cooked eggs, bacon etc. Was awesome value for hungry teens. The location was really convenient, right on the beach & close to amenities. The pool was clean & the staff were really friendly & accommodating.
