It’s maybe cheep but becarduo no windows no infinity pool

Close to the beach centre , water park. It took time but The receptionist did find solutions ( no windows) we finely for the room I was upgraded for on booking and breakfast that was nice

No windows!!! All the rooms are g floor or underground. The smell is horrific . The room wasn’t the one I was supposed to get, had to check out my reservation and show it. On the hotel photo there’s an infinity pool, it doesn’t exist ! The rooftop is not tidy

Good location but unclean rooms

The staff were very friendly. They accommodated my needs when I asked for a converter for my charger. Location was nearby shopping and tourist spots. Walking distance from tour companies and restaurants.

The room was so dirty. The room we were originally put in had BLOOD stains on BOTH the beds and the blankets, it was disgusting. When they moved us to another room the new rooms also had some stains on the bed.It was on both the blankets and the mattress itself :(

Have travelled the world extensively and would rate the second worst hotel ever stayed in

Location

Air conditioning was terrible. Unit was above door and didn’t really reach the beds which made sleeping difficult. Wall between rooms was thin-could hear people next room talking (no fun in the early hours of the morning). One day the towels left by housekeeping that were suppose to be white were so grey and marked-obviously very old and well used. No vanity cupboard in the bathroom-no where to store toiletries. Had to shower holding the shower head in one hand otherwise the water spurted straight out to the shower door.

Excellent location and very welcoming staff

Staff were all really friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The pool is also really nice with excellent views, good location, me and my brother walked to Seminyak beach each day, also 18 min drive to airport!

There aren’t any windows in the rooms but I already knew this before staying here from reading the reviews, in my opinion it isn’t that much of a big deal as the rooms are nice and the lighting is good

Most rooms are lower ground and it smells so strong of mould and mildew it was hard to breathe. We both woke up at 5 am sick and left immediately

Very disappointing. somebody tried to get into my room

It’s right opposite the beach

I was on the lower ground floor which didn’t have any windows apart from a window that looked into a cupboard. So no natural light and no fresh air. Someone tried to get into my room one night because their key opened my door. There was no manager on site to help with the matter. I left the next day and was told the manager would be in contact and he never bothered because it already taken my money.

Great on hotel services, but NOT the building arrangement.

The Location is just right on the beach front. Cleanliness, linen and pillow, breakfast, room service, room rate were all great. So, the daily hotel service and economically values were just excellent.

Our room was actually in the building basement, under the ground, with 1 only access. There was No natural light, no natural air circulation. We were actually trapped inside the building, should there is a disaster. So, IF a fire happen, or an electric blackout occurred, or a natural disaster tsunami happen, there could be a panic of scrambling out of the building. This hotel is not recommended for whom suffer claustrophobia.

Was please, to have nice views on the rooftop. Most of the time I was there , not in the room

It’s dirty bathrooms all shower aria is gross. The bed linen is as well very old and a lot of stains that for sure can’t be remove from the regular laundry products. I had to call the room steward to ask him to change my bed linen and I did report how is gross the Shower aria. I took a picture and video , more than happy to share. I understand the building can be in nice place by the ocean and bar service, food and Beverage staff are amazing cheerful, receptionist as well with a big smile . But the Room and accommodation felicities show be as well if not perfect but at list nice and clean.

Linen wasn't changed every day, the room we had was right next to a laundry room which wasn't the nicest Tv promotional board outside our room that had a sound which was annoying, asked staff to switch the sound off which they didn't comply with so that we could sleep better. Good for price. Great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good bar and restaurant. The pool area on the roof has a great view.

Room didn't have a window to the outside. A little run down. When we checked out at 8pm for our flight that evening they made us wait so they could check the room.

Basic, clean, stunning view from the rooftop! Incredibly tasty and cheap room service

We got a discounted price and we were happy with what we got for the price. Facilities are old, with wear and tare but clean. Ordered room service and the food was absolutely delicious! Very surprised as the menu design appeared rather dated and very cheap pricing, but thoroughly enjoyed all the meals we ordered. Breakfast was standard Asian buffet, yummy, but not too many western style options.

Our room, it was so dirty, stains on the bedding, toilet did not look clean at all ,the smell of poo, the air conditioner was leaking water like a shower, there were cockroaches everywhere

The breakfast was nice, location was great.

The cleanliness was quite slack for what you pay. You also don’t get complimentary water except for at breakfast and in your room, they ask you to pay. You’re also unable to take leftovers to your room. They also do not have sun beds as advertised which means you can’t lie by the pool in the sun for when you want to chill away from the busy-ness and away from your dark (windowless) room. I actually went down the road to Kuta seaview boutique where you can lie by the pool with provided towels to anyone too. I’m disappointed Kutabex charge so much for what is offered. The accommodation is lacking love. Staff were lovely, management not so great.

Madre mía un desastre las habitaciones no tienen ni ventanas te mandan a plantas subterráneas como no quise porque es dormir en un zotano me dieron otra y peor filtraba orina en el baño de arriba imposible de aguanatar fatal inimaginable me cambiaron a otra hatación sin ventana sin luz pero me quede no se lo recomiendo a nadie porque deprintemente encerrada sin ventilacion las toallas trapos viejos pongo fotos no tienen vergüenza no entiendo como booking.com los tiene porque es un desprestigio a ellos el que valla se arrepentira La gente del jotel todos muy serviciales un encanto una pena el hotel
