Overall, it was a decent stay, but the sea view was disappointing compared to the photos.

Nice and quiet hotel, but upgrading to a closer room was too expensive for the difference.

I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for a sea view room, as there is actually no sea view. A regular room is just as good.

Issues with bathroom , leaking tap , next to no go water pressure , toilet didnt flush properly & alcoholic drinks at bar were very expensive & not included in the 15% off food & wine ( this wasn’t stated on booking )

Relaxing ambiance with very friendly staff

Very clean and cosy. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The overall ambience is very relaxing.

Their terminal for my debit card wasn’t working during our evening dinner in their restaurant. It says debit card pin is wrong although it was working when I tried it in other restaurants without even using my PIN number the next day. Perhaps a newer card terminal helps to improve customer service for the restaurant.

I have stayed a number of times at Kuta Seaview Resort and absolutely love it

I like the wide variety on offer at breakfast, in particular the small yoghurt glasses with muesli and chia seeds and the juices. The variety on offer at the egg station and especially the cook, she is awesome. The variety of salads and chicken sausages, baked beans and other rice and vegetable dishes. The fruit is always excellent as are the fruit juices.

I don't like music that is loud when I'm eating breakfast and sometimes this happens. However I usually ask if the volume can be lowered and the staff always oblige. There seems to always be a shortage of salt but I usually bring my own from home so now that's not an issue. I really don't like having others smoke where I am eating as this has long been banned in restaurants in my home country. I have found at premium times that there seems to be a shortage of crockery and also glasses and especially teaspoons around the coffee machine.

Staff were friendly, they had different free activities around the pool on various days. Location great for shopping, right next to poppies 2.

Cant be avoided but they were doing maintenance work, so sometimes it was a bit loud when sitting on the balcony. I would say they were trying to get it done before season picked up again.

The location was good. The gardens were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was okay. Good price for a room for 4. Free coffee and waters were good.

The breakfast was average. The service at the breakfast was very week. The stuff was not smiling. We had to remove our plates by ourselves. The pool was so plain and small. There could be a pool basketball etc to make it fun for the kids. My kids were very bores as no activities and boring pool. The restaurant in tge hotel was very expensive, $20 for a small cheese pizza!! Much expensive then Australia. I paid $15 for laundry ( was and dry), again very expensive. The hotel was small, people were smoking in some rooms. There was no chair or armchair in the room. The gym was very tiny. Overall, it was okay but probably I wouldn't stay again.

Paradise location right at the main street

Friendly staff, great variety of breakfast, spacious room. The cottages remind me to a paradise location. At the main street with all the shops and food options nearby

The mandatory wait at checkout, so the staff can check my room for missing items. It's disturbing and something from the past. I would rather pay a deposit at check in, than to go through this humiliating wait once more

A lovely oasis in a busy area.

We had the Garden View room towards the front of the property and it was lovely - quiet and peaceful. The surrounding pathways and gardens are stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating - hard working but always with a smile on their faces. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and someone was always tidying and pruning and sweeping/pressure washing to make sure that everything was clean and inviting. Rooms were cleaned daily and in a timely manner by lovely staff. We needed more padding on our bed and the staff accommodated us straight away.

The bed in our Garden View room was very firm, not what we are used to. We approached the reception staff and explained our issue and they were able to supply and install extra padding to make the bed more comfortable for us. If you don't like a firm bed, you will need to choose a different room type as all of the Garden View rooms have this firm mattress.

Positive experience

Breakfast was fine. Indonesian food and style, but something also to Scandinavian taste. Stuff was very polite and cleaning every day was brilliant.

We had some difficulties to get room. One hour late from first informed time, we got to settle to our room. Otherwise service was good.

Everything about this hotel was beautiful. The grounds, the lobby, the pool and especially the rooms were all amazing. The staff were so kind and could not have been nicer. Breakfast was a feast of delicious food and great juices. Best part was that it was right on Kuta Beach and a short walk from great dining.

There was nothing that I didn’t enjoy at this hotel. As close to a perfect stay as possible.

Convenient location but rip offs at check out

The property is in a really convenient location, however nighttime fireworks noise can be a bit of a problem

We had a fantastic stay, until they attempted to charge us for a broken cup on checkout. Couldn’t believe it. They had photographic evidence of a broken mug and told us it was malicious damage and had a printed photo stapled to a bill. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, especially given we had tipped housekeeping every day. They did cancel the charge after I strongly objected but after an otherwise pleasant stay this was enough to see that we wouldn’t be back. Noisy nighttime fireworks were also a bit problematic although not a deal breaker and aircon needing to be fixed 4 times in a 9 day stay.

Great Stay with a Few Small Improvements Needed

The outdoor area was beautiful and well-maintained. The pool was nice, and both the restaurant and spa were in great condition. The room was clean, with excellent daily service. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also perfect.

Since we booked a room for three, the main bed was comfortable, but the extra bed was noisy and uncomfortable. The room with the extra bed had two large frosted-glass windows without blinds, making it too bright and not ideal for sleeping. Although the breakfast was great, it didn’t include cheese or peanut butter. Overall, I recommend this hotel, but it could be improved by paying attention to these small details.

Close to everything beach, shops, transport, restaurants, airport Very quiet considering it’s so close to traffic Comfortable stay we had a Cottage Suite Afternoon tea included was great everyday

The shower in the bath was difficult stepping in and out of as you slip slightly, we are fit country people so we managed but something others may wish to know. The music of a night was a bit loud until 12pm or after, our room was closest to pool and bar, we enjoyed it but others may find a problem
