The location was great but the staff were exceptional. The best I've come across in all my stays in Bali. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay with my family. Had everything we needed and very accommodating. Breakfast, pool, gardens, bed and onsite spa were a highlight.

Breakfast was nice, a bit more variety each day would of been beneficial.
We had issues with the hot water, then no hot water. It took 2 days to get sorted properly. Then the airconditioner was leaking water 3 seperate times and the first time leaked onto our charging phone. Lots of road works right in front of the hotel, access was a makeshift step. The seats that normally run along the beachfront were removed. No swim up bar. We kept going to Legian every day.
