The food is amazing but even better the service- super friendly, polite and professional staff made us feel like home even though it was a short stay. It’s also just across the street from the beach plus very good value for money. We will be back, Terimakasi 😊

The room was spacious, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my stay. I honestly do not understand how this hotel has such a high rating.

The room was spacious, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my stay. I honestly do not understand how this hotel has such a high rating. Breakfast was almost the same every day, and items were often not refilled unless I personally asked. There was only one person at the egg station for the whole breakfast area, glasses were sometimes missing, and some food items seemed half-cooked. I regret booking the room with breakfast. The pool was small, and every time my kids used it, they developed rashes on their faces. The free photography session also felt misleading because they take many photos but only give one for free, while the rest are paid. The room water quality was very poor. It seemed like untreated salty ocean water was being used, and twice black muddy water came from the shower and taps. Room service also needs basic manners. Staff should ring the bell and wait properly instead of entering within a few seconds. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
