Outstanding service and attention to detail From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely well taken care of. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. I would especially like to thank Surya Cahyadi at the reception, whose level of professionalism, efficiency, and dedication truly stood out. His service was exceptional and noticeably above the standard — even compared to other staff members. He consistently went the extra mile to help, always with a positive attitude and great attention to detail. The rest of the team was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean, quiet, and very well organized. My stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and truly excellent service.

Some aspects of housekeeping could be improved. On a few occasions, food waste (such as pizza leftovers) was left in the corridors for up to two days, which did not feel professional and affected the overall impression.

Great stay...

The staff members were all very helpful trying to meet my request.. when I added an extra night, they made sure i stayed the same room. Sunny balcony was spacious as well as the room itself. The location is just right that it is not too far from the beach but still 5 min. walk away so you can be away from the noise.

They only had a wall attached shower and wrong tilt on the shower booth floor, it was a bit uncomfortable in the shower.. and noise from the repair of the pool side... And they didn't provide the face towel in the room, only bath towel.

Room review

The Royal Family 2 suite room is big.We had 1 king size bed and 2 Single bed another room.Room facilities is good.It's water dispenser in the room so u don't hv to request or boiling hot water.There is small kids tent.Every room there is a Tv.Privacy area n quiet place.Walking distance to kuta beach n beach walk.it's a 24 hours mart.If u love to massange, u can get cheaper price n great massage compare to hotel quite pricy n i can 'say' i don't feel anything n not even 1 hour. The staff is friendly.I had a problem staying there on the 5th - 9th Jan 2026.3 time black out. The food is good.Only for breakfast, there is no ala carte. Overall is recommendation👍🏻

Location. Super close to the beach and in easy reach of everything in Kuta and close to Seminyak.

Amazing little hidden gem

Even though it’s tucked away it’s still only one street to the beach and most things are walking distance

Great Stay

I had such a great stay at The Bene Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my trip in Kuta. I stayed in a room with a balcony – it was quite spacious and comfortable. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Location-wise, it’s about a 5–10 minute walk to Kuta Beach, so while it's not right on the beachfront, it’s in a great spot if you’re looking for somewhere quiet yet still very accessible. There are plenty of cafes, spa, and a shopping mall nearby too, which was super convenient. Overall, highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay near the heart of Kuta!

Cheap and Cheerful in a good location

The hotel is in a great location in Kuta. Very quick walk to the beach, shops and cafes around and our room was very quiet. The bed was a little uncomfortable as were the pillows so didnt have an amazing sleep. Breakfast has a fairly good variety and I did like that they had an egg chef to prepare you eggs however you like them...fresh.

The bed and the pillows weren't amazing. The shower had no ventilation and got very hot inside and the towels stay wet as no ventilation. The mirrors had some mould on them and there were certain parts that need some maintenance but overall not too bad for the money.

The family room was very large but I just wish it had a balcony for drying towels and swimmers. People leaving pool chairs occupied with towels all day but not actually using them.
