Beautiful looking hotel, great pool facilities were clean.
Location I don’t normally stay in Kuta.

Pool and grounds just perfect. Buffet breakfast and restaurant were great.
We had booked two rooms near each other but were offered two rooms on separate floors at either side of the complex. We were offered an upgrade at our expense although the booking mistake was theirs.
Access to the pool for older persons was not easy.
