Rooms are dated. No windownin room, was one in bathroom. Was some construction, renovation happening, this is understandable but never ideal if you book at hotel and we're not aware of it.

Personal was kind and helpful. Location is also quite good, Kuta beach is only few meters, but still we did not like the beach (garbage, anoying people), Mall is also near the hotel. For one night ok, but for holiday, please dont do it people, save your money.

Room was below average. Nothing special. Extra boring. Also one light was not working at all, we have bought room with balcony for extra, useless, you have no view at all, one chair on balcony, like really? TV - on remote they say smart, its not smart, also no live tv, so TV basically useless as well. Complex is quite huge, so you will have to walk to your room, we were on 2nd floor without elevator. Breakfast far below average, buffets with many cheap options. This is 4 star hotel? It was not delicious and also everything looks bad, dirt everywhere. You can choose average egg benedict or avocado toasts, but we have waited for 20-25 min in average and there were no people. waffles like stone. only black coffee, only black tea. By the way buffets are near main street, in the evening there is disco, surrounding was kind of strange. Pool was boring. Big complex with average pool, we had better pool in Bali at 2-3 star hotels.
