The properties pools were perfect for kids. I was able to book a family styled room with 2 rooms connected together.
The staff were incredible and so welcoming!
The pool areas didn’t have enough sun lounges or chairs near the pool. The rooms were connected which was great although the rooms were very basic and very outdated, the beds were as hard as and only 1 pillow were side of the bed. The access to the room was a little odd, Biden behind a door and the second room had very steep stairs on the outside which were a hazard to children.

spacious rooms, good pool, traditional decor - they gave us fresh bottled water each day, breakfast buffet was abundant with huge variety of things.
Rooms are not properly cleaned - found old sushi in the fridge on our first day and the fridge itself was dirty. Shower tiles/grout mouldy, shower head rusted with random hairs stuck to it. Basins are too high for small children (6 year old could not reach the tap) - Showers backed up and formed pools within 30 seconds of the water running (takes longer than this for the hot water to come through).
