Have stayed here a few times and always enjoy my stay here. All staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They never fail to greet you on the way out and in. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff always leave short greeting notes with occasional small gifts to make you feel welcome when returning to the room after a day out. Highlight of the stay is always the breakfast. A great variety of different type of food with a noodles station, egg station, waffle station even a chocolate fondue fountain and ice cream. The hotel is also conveniently located in the beachwalk mall which a large variety of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Forty years of staying in hotels regularly - and this is the first hotel that I would return to without any doubt or hesitation.
It's not top of the range, nor the bottom - but it has been the best. Came for two weeks and stayed for a month!
Staff at the hotel are a big part of the rave review. In every interaction with them, from front desk. bar, housekeeping and restaurant the staff provided the magic. Management should be proud!
It's not a fancy resort with amazing pool surrounded by palm trees. It is super clean, very convenient and well located near to some great places to eat and shop.
Highly recommended. Thank you everyone at Aloft Bali Kuta Beachwalk.
