Lovely gardens and good rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean and well maintained. We had a room with a fridge but not all do. Good breakfast. Recommend.

The property was clean and gardens well maintained. Breakfast was perfect - I just loved the starter baskets. Our room was cleaned everyday. Staff are very friendly. Only problem we had, was we didn’t get the room that I requested through booking.com.

Location - and that all to like there.
We were given room on 3rd floor with no lift. Getting in and out via 4 set of staris was a challenge.
The staff was worst of all the hotels we stayed in Bali. Or perhaps other hotels (even cheaper ones) have so polite staff that our expection was set at that which was not met. For any request that we made, such as room on ground floor, extra towel etc was rejected with a blant No.
