I use this hotel most times I come to Bali

Smoking permitted in the hallways. I have to walk past smokers to access my room and the smell enters my room also.

If you are from Aotearoa NZ and a first time Bali visitor Stay here bro. It’s central to everything, decent room service where the prices are cheaper than Oz. If you have a problem like a smelly aircon just ask them to move rooms, 1 out of 4 of our rooms had this problem but they had a new room ready that afternoon. Their service is 10 stars , overly friendly and welcoming,always saying hello. We moved to another hotel the week after and wanted to go back. The deck bars crème brûlée is a winner ate too much of those. They have a bbq buffet night, ask them to cook it how you like it when you go in. We ordered Uncle one of the big Bintang crystal mini kegs that he nearly finished for $28. He had the night of his life and got walked to bed. I read reviews complaining they didn’t replace toilet paper, just ask them for anything they fix it fast. Also remember to put your sign on your door to clean or just tell the boys servicing the rooms. Our room always felt fresh when we got back after being serviced.Currently staying in a Villa in Canggu and my Uncle and Dad were asking if they can go back to The One Legian away from Ants,bats,mozzies 🙄.Head left when you walk out the door down to One Tribe Bar for a pub that takes care of you. Pub Security walked my dad home early hours of the mornings making sure he was safe and they have live entertainment most nights. Small Axe played one night was mean as. Also to the right when you walk out there are some steps, go down there and try their yum spring rolls and banhmi and pho. Their prices were good too . If you have kids you probably won’t like any hotel because you can smoke everywhere. Smoking in the lobby’s Loved it 😂 , miss smoking and watching the 50 koi fish outside our room. But if you have da kids the one Legian does have a bottom pool more secluded from the smokers and Security outside 24/7 watching so your kids won’t be able to sneak off.

Breakfast buffet could do with more hearty Kai. But cause it’s $7.50 load up on omelet’s 😂 had them make us 14 of those. Find somewhere close outside to do your washing cause it’s expenny for the hotels to do it. $60-$90 for a tiny load. I seen a few of them, one on the way to One Tribe bar.

This is an outstanding hotel with great facilities, exceptional staff and beautiful rooms. It has an overall feeling of being safe and staff go above and beyond to cater to any needs A gem in Legian

Location to shopping and restaurants. Starbucks down stairs.

Outdated, roof top pool area with loose decking. Our room was not ready at check in time - though compensated by an upgrade. Often difficult to gain entry and access due to multiple cars parked out front.

Great staff, very helpful and kind. Pools fantastic .. gym could be better .. upgrade on bikes. Location good, busy enough and quiet to get some sleep

I have stayed at the One Legian 3 or 4 times. Each time I have always had a good experience. The place is close to most things, on the right side of Bali allowing a taxi ride quiet convenient. I find good value in this place due to its location allowing you to walk around easily.

My only complaint would be that we requested an extra bed for our son. They jammed a small bed in a twin share room making our room extremely small. I have stayed at the One before so I know there are bigger rooms on the other side of the hotel so it was only that we were so jammed in the room that I didn't like this trip.

Breakfast was great(will miss my fresh omelette in the mornings) Location is perfect, central to everything. If you don’t want to go anywhere you have everything right at your doorstep

Requested early check in, told they would accommodate best they can. Arrived 2 hours prior to check in (as suggested when booking), asked to wait, which was okay. Then at 3pm (check in time) our room wasn’t ready, didn’t get into our room until 3:40. Breakfast didn’t last long , arrived between 7:30-8am most mornings to lomitted food

Fairly clean. Location great. Paid for extra day due late flight as was reasonable. Room. Basic but comfortable. Did not eat there unfortunately. Starbucks down stairs

Room Basic but did the job. Went to pool and bought drink and was told happy hour and got 2 for 1 cocktail. When hubby went up told no its by two get one free. Then charged full price for a Cruiser. The staff did not explain anything to us and were not very hospitable. The was unfortunate as would have bought more and stayed at pool longer if were appropriately serviced and felt welcome. Stayed out three other hotels when there and had great service and bought heaps for drink and food due to this.

Loved the sky pool, the breakfast was fantastic and so much variety with food each morning. facilities were very nice and modern. The new drinking water each day was a great touch. The kettle with tea and coffee also awesome. Beds were very comfortable and the mini fridge was very good. Air conditioning and room temperature was very good. Great location to beach and everything anyone could need. Yummy cocktails :)

The shower curtain did nothing to stop the water so the bathroom was always wet on the floor. The window was directly next to a security light and the blinds couldn’t really close well so the room was very light for sleeping.

Great location swimming pool was great. The bed I had was absolutely horrible. It was two single bits pushed together and when I went to sleep, there was a gap between them and it was always in my back and I got zero amount of sleep.
