Fourteen Roses Boutique Hotel, Kuta

The staff here are the greatest asset! Everyone was professional, kind & lovely. The gardens are beautiful, so too both of the pools. Beds are comfy, balconies are private (Madya Studio Room) and bathroom was clean with a good shower.

The staff were amazing! Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond for us. We had a 1 year old and everyone was so kind and remembered his name, and said hi every time we saw them! Special recognition for Indra who cleaned our rooms so well, in addition to being super friendly. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained and everything worked as it should. There was a small amount of noise from a bar close by, but it didn't affect our sleep at all, even my fussy toddler. The bed was comfortable and spacious. They provided a baby cot and sheets which was great. Breakfast was overall good value with lots of variety, you are sure to find something you like. The Balinese coffee was great too. Sometimes the home made baked beans were a bit hard, but that would be my only minor complaint. The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and the large modern shopping centre. Easy for taxis to find too, with a nice lobby area. The grounds are very well maintained, not a stray weed to be seen! Beautiful lush gardens make the place spectacular. The pools are lovely too, quite cold, but perfect after a hot walk around town. I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting to mention, but overall we were very impressed.

Nothing to dislike.

The property is on busy road but inside is so beautiful, full of different tree and plants, little oasis!

The fact that there are two swimming pools, one - Adults only and full of children!

Breakfast was disappointing. Using shared condiments ie. butter , jam Food like bacon was not replenished often enough and was cold.
