It was a beautiful place. The pool and the garden is Gorgeous. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were clean and nice.
It was quite hard to find something vegan at first but thanks to Anggi I had a delicious tofu sandwich and she really tried to let me have a nice breakfast experience.

Everything here is well done and makes for an enjoyable, relaxing break. Not our first stay here, and won't be our last. Location is perfect for what we do, and the grounds are very green and well maintained. Very clean and tidy. Staff are awesome!
Shower water temp was a little hit and miss. Had a cpl cool showers. Bed could be a touch softer, but this is nothing in the big scheme of things.

The room was excellent and had alot of space great big balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. Smack bang in kuta stepped out of hotel and the shopping and restaurants were right there.
There was abit of club noise from about 6.30pm until 10.30pm but nothing over the top. It was quiet after that period and was able to sleep well every night.

Great location
Breakfast was disappointing.
Using shared condiments ie. butter , jam
Food like bacon was not replenished often enough and was cold.
