Good for no frills travellers

The bed and aircon were the saving grace. The main lobby area was kept clean everyday. Nice tucked away accommodation. The pool was a decent sized lap pool. Cleaners did a good job tidying the rooms daily.

The smell coming out of the lifts. They have rubbish bins. They just smelt like rotten food constantly. The sound of the toilet running water. Plumbing needs fixing, also the mould in the showers and also shared with toilet. So if you had a shower and someone else needed to use, your feet would get wet or you'd be sitting with feet in water. Not having toast on offer at breakfast.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN BALI

Doesn’t feel good, couldn’t sleep well, and asking to change pillow was a mission impossible, and u have one if u want additional u should pay extra. I don’t think this should be a place u’d take someone to. SO DISAPPOINTED, i mentioned that i couldn’t sleep but i think they couldn’t care less

Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area is so nice to relax around. The overall location is excellent, it fell like an oasis in the middle of busy Kuta beach.

There is a new receptionist at the front desk her name is Putu or Putri. On check out today at 1pm at the front desk she avoid addressing me and wouldn't make eye contact. She generally made me feel unwelcome at Pop. I'm a westerner so maybe she doesn't like western men? She needs to behave more professional and treat guests equally.

A budget hotel just above a hostels standards but you get a private room

Location, close to Kuta beach, my favourite massage parlour and legions main hub. It was budget hotel and met the requirements ‘bed, roof’. Staff assisted in changing room due to the broken things. Would I stay here again? Short term yes, as a single person. Long term? No I wouldn’t

White sheet has stains from previous customers new tattoo most likely. The bathroom was a fibreglass pod you buy off Alibaba.com Staff were friendly but lacked English. Pool has no sun. Internet lacked coverage in rooms Had to change rooms due to the following. Broken safe deposit box, aircon leaked water, no hot water

requested a room change due to mold and discomfort, found out that all 3 rooms we saw were the same. small, old, strong

close to the beach, cleaning service daily to make beds and give fresh towels

facility’s were old, rooms were dirty and damadged. mold throughout the shower, sink, and bathroom. bathroom was small and uncomfortable and shower water wouldn’t heat. patrons in the hotel were super loud, lights flashed even when off which was frustrating during the night.

terrible experience. we stayed in room 1111 by the pool. the blinds doesn’t close properly, the toilet was disgusting and there were leakage. there were also blood stains all over the bedsheets including pillow cases. everything was rusty, moldy and disgusting. the worst part is, we felt something weird throughout the whole night, and the room felt really crowded. now i’m not the type of person to wake up in the middle of the night, but the amount of times i got woken up was insane. we barely had any sleep!! the feeling was unsettling. once at 4am, i suddenly got woken up with a bad smell passing by, and it was just a quick second. anyways it still haunts me till this day.

The staff is good. And kind and friendly. They receive you with love, welcome and smile. Everyone is nice. Everyone is at customer service and assistance. .

The site is inside a lane. Small side streets. You are afraid to walk alone. There is no grocery near it. The room bathroom is very old. And it needs maintenance.

I liked when I walked away and never came back

Where do I start. They should add another “o” to their name to make it more accurate. The rooms share a likeness to that of mental asylums. Walking into the room you are immediately hit with the sent of human feces. You cannot open the windows to allow fresh air. The sheets were stained with blood and mysterious unknown substances. Cracks all over the walls, actually falling apart. It doesn’t seem like anyones bothered to clean it. I want to say it’s fair for the price, but you could not pay me to stay there. No wonder they don’t allow refunds because they would go out of business. Lasted maybe 10 whole minutes in the room before booking a new place for a mere 30$ more and the difference was night and day. would not stay here if my life depended on it. NASTY - the front desk didn’t even question why we left, they must get used to people walking out with the conditions they have.

cleaning was well, but bed linen was dirty and old, weird toilet with smell and the hotel was so loud and noisy…… walls are too thin, it’s not even walls it’s just carton. You hear every sound of your neighbours and if they don’t sleep at night you don’t sleep too. I asked administrator to come in my floor and solve the problem with my noisy neighbours, they told “ok” but no one came. Very bad service.the room doesn’t look like in pics. Avoid this place. I wish I booked bit more expensive but I would sleep well. Usually I go sleep at 11pm, here I had to go sleep at 3am. And in the morning you wake up early too because of noise from outside.

It was pretty average, I thought.

My sheets were stained, not dirty but stained… looked like make up stains. At least they could have hidden the stains down the end of the bed, not right where I got into bed. Both the bed linen and the towels need replacing as they were all grey… once were white.

location fantastic breakfast ok price excellent only issue is we checked in at 3am and my wife wanted to check out at 305 sheets and blanket had an enormous stain like some one had peed the bed and big ring mark room very strong smell and tiles near window loose when you walked on them , about 3 tiles price is excellent ,if linen was excellent ,every thing would be excellent and fix loose tiles and get rid of the strong musty smell, they have smoking rooms in the building and the smoke goes through the building
