This hotel would be great when it was new but I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff were helpful and polite.

Cleanliness was not great. There was a damp smell of stinky feet when we first checked into the room. Sound proofing was not great given the doors needed slamming in order to close. So we kept hearing neighbors slamming the door in order to close it.

Amazing location, super comfortable, the restaurant has different events every night which is super handy. The breakfast was super diverse, multiple juices and sections. The staff was great, 100% recommend!

It was ok

I booked this hotel mainly for the infinity pool, which was very nice and faced the sea. However, the room was very small, and noise from the neighboring rooms could be heard easily. Although I had a balcony, the view was disappointing as it faced an old building directly in front of the room. The location is very good, with the beach and shopping mall within walking distance. However, despite the great location and pool, I did not like the rooms.

Beautiful, will go again

The staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was up to standard. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The onsite restaurant was up to par.

The only thing that we did not like was the fact that there was no designated staff to look after the pool - there was one incident that, sadly, was not handled effectively.

Noise from neighbour dj. Our balcony door didn’t lock or seal properly so very noisy in the room. Pool was closed on New Year’s Day without notice. Breakfast was expensive and not worth the money.

The value for money!

The staff are extremely friendly especially those that were in the reception. They were helpful and got out of their way to assist us with our laundry. Great location with nearby restaurants, warungs, malls etc. We also liked their infinity pool --- perfect spot to watch the sunset.

For Kuta not great value for money at all, wouldn’t stay again

Breakfast is a big pass, food was cold, bread choices stale toaster didn’t work staff didn’t know what I was talking about. A big pass on breakfast option. Room very small but motel, bathroom set up not good for more than 2 nights so small no vanity room at all.

Modern, clean, friendly and excellent/safe location!

We loved how clean and modern the property is, the buffet breakfast, pool, staff and views were incredible.

Like any tropical climate, rooms always have the mould smell, even though no visible mould. As an Aussie with the same climate, we know it’s impossible to prevent the smell entirely so were understandable.

Vibrant cool hotel right on the beach

Vibrant cool atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Rooftop pool lounge area with view on to the sea and closeness to the beach (just crossing the road).

I do not recommend this hotel

Unfortunately, I also had a worse experience during my stay. There was an incident where some guests in the next room were drunk and fighting loudly late at night. It disturbed the whole floor — people couldn’t sleep and everyone was out in the corridor. Although the hotel staff tried to calm the situation and security eventually intervened, they arrived very late. I ended up not sleeping the whole night and was moved to a ground floor room the next day. When I asked what action had been taken against those guests, I was only told that they had been warned, which was disappointing.”

Fantastic hotel.

I loved this hotel. The staff is welcoming and kind. The 6th floor pool is terrific with the best sunset views. Tribe is directly across the street from a beach entrance and the Spa next door is first rate.

0 soundproofing in the room - I could hear everything, and couldn't sleep normally for the 3 nights I stayed there. Definitely not coming back.

Magnificent, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - Already planning my next stay in 2025.

I loved my stay - I loved the variety in the breakfast, the infinity pool & the temperature of it during a hot season, quite often pools can feel like a warm bath but the temp was perfect, the aesthetic & cleanliness of the room was divine, i thoroughly enjoyed coming back to my room each day to little hand written notes from housekeeping and a different designed and constructed animal towel, it made my day and the staff were friendly, attentive, warm & welcoming - Thank You.

I booked an ocean view room as it was listed as "ocean view" however there was no view of the ocean as I had trees obstructing the view - a higher level than 2 would be considered ocean views looking over the trees and the bedroom could do with a full length mirror, other than that I thought everything else was magnificent and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - I'd absolutely stay again and I'm already planning my next visit. THANK YOU!

Great place for a few nights in Kuta

Across the road from Kuta beach with an awesome infinity rooftop pool to watch Bali sunsets . Comfortable beds, pillows and rooms. Central to shops, cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. Close to airport - even thought traffic still makes it take 15-30mins to get there

Hallways echo a bit as no carpet on floors and sone room doors need to be slammed to get them to shut. So can be a bit noisy outside your room if other travellers are not considerate of others.

Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Hotel is directly by the beach, many shops and restaurants in the area. Pool area was also nice. Staff was amazing and very nice and helpful. There is a rooftop bar & restaurant and also a café in the hotel.

More seating by the pool would be great, as the hotel has quite a lot of rooms, and the beds van fill up very quickly.

Lovely hotel but you can relax by the pool

Rooms, location and staff were fabulous

The pool is gorgeous but very small and very limited in sun beds ( prob about 4-6 beds available ) so on all the days I stayed I couldn’t get a seat/ subbed by the pool.

The water in the shower smelled bad which is why the room smells off I think. Pity because it was otherwise a very nice property.
