Staff are amazing and so helpful. Nothing is too much for them.

The rooms are showing their age. Our plunge pool had missing tiles which were quite sharp and could cause injury if you were not careful. The layout of the room is a little perplexing but overall quite comfortable.

Krisna and Nanda made my birthday a special one by decorating my room, cake and card. So much artistic effort that was genuinely appreciated. Krisna has a beautiful positive energy which is really infectious.

memorable and relaxing stay in Bali.

The hotel was a world-call 5 start one. The swimming pool was always clean and calming, breakfast was next level, and the rooms were convenient. What I liked the most was the staff. How professional, polite and kind they were to all the guests. I would like to mention KRISNA, a young gentleman who has been a great help and assistant to all of us during our stay.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very tasty and there was a lot to choose from. The pool was big and always clean. My family came to visit, and they were welcomed and treated as if they were staying at the hotel.

It was good overall, except for the shortage of beds.

Hi Team, I travelled to Bali with my family for a few days, including three children (aged 14, 9, and 2). Upon arrival, we found that only one extra bed was provided for our sons. As a result, four of us had to share one bed, since our baby could not stay in her cot. We were asked to pay around AUD 70 for an additional bed. Given that our room was approximately 90 m², there was clearly enough space to accommodate another bed, so we were surprised by both the cost and the pressure to pay for it. Overall, the stay itself was excellent; however, the lack of an extra bed led to very uncomfortable nights. I believe being more flexible and fair with families would encourage guests like us to return. One more thing worth mentioning: we purchased Durian, but we were not allowed to bring it into the hotel or even eat it near the swimming pool, as its smell might disturb other guests. At the same time, an automatic air freshener was releasing a durian‑like scent in the corridor, which felt quite strange and inconsistent to us. Regards Sina

Relaxing and good pool for the kids.

Good pool. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Not traditional Bali, limited pool side food selection. Be careful when booking with two kids under 12 as they both can’t sleep on the sofa bed (it’s a single) and you will need the rollaway bed at a cost of 750k per day ($540 AUD for 8 nights). You need to factor that into the cost.

Great way to relax and spend our free time storing our holidays at Bali.

Great service, facilities. Very very clean rooms, bedding . Fabulous pool and restaurants. Great location, easy to get to. Lovely, courteous, friendly staff. Would recommend the spa for a facials and massage. Booked a junior suite for 3 ppl . Spacious suite. Will definitely stay there again!!

Great location

The bed was comfy, the finishes in hotel are luxury. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms. Heaps of sun beds by the pool.

The service was a little slow and we nearly was charged twice for cocktail luckily I had receipts. But still had to pay for 1 extra beer but it was happy hour, so unsure.

Location is great. In Kuta and it’s away from the street noise. The staff are nice and welcoming breakfast 🍳 an amazing room is clean. The food in the hotel is all Halal and Taste delicious.

This is. 5 star hotel so I expect the room as good as it looki in the photos. The hotel is a little old and requires some attention in some details specially in the toilet. The toilet is strange…. There is no door separate the toilet from the room. There is a curtain only. No toilet privacy for the person using the toilet and your partner. If they just make a simple normal door to separate the toilets. And if they renew little shower faucet (5star hotel) then this hotel would be the best.

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming! But honestly if u wake up angry after having a bad sleep or for what ever reason "the beds ARE comfortable" go down for breakfast and see Yani from the buffet restaurant and I can assure u she will put a smile on ur face as she goes beyond expectations with her kind, friendly positive energy, she could put a smile on any persons face with how welcoming she makes u feel, the positive vibe and beautiful smile she has :) She definitely deserves a pay rise!!

How expensive things were and when i found a bone in my satay skewer from room service and they didn't offer to help or replace the meal they told me to go speak with the restaurant manager myself and only offered me a cheap dessert off the room service menu

The pool bar staff, especially Cipta, Dian and Albert were so friendly and happy to assist us. The breakfast team and food on offer was also amazing; our family loved it!. Thank you from the Talbot family.

It was unfortunate, but my youngest daughter had a cockroach in her bed. When reported the team quickly rectified this but it's an unfortunate memory she now has of her time in Bali.
