Great hotel

Location is fab the staff are amazing Thankyou to you all including the security guards who are lovely. Bed and pillows so comfy and room very nice.

Breakfast wasn’t great and $18 is expensive. I tried to have a sleep in the afternoon which was impossible due to noise from the pool (super noisy) and banging door below (think it was the gym).

Extremely drunk people in the pool on one of the days. I'm all for having fun on holiday....but someone got seriously injured and an ambulance had to be called.

I was level one room backed onto lane way very noisy at all times Cousin was level 4 and room was facing road and was very noisy my next staff I will be asking for a quiet room

I was perhaps unlucky , the air conditioning was really noisy , and the bar fridge noise , drove me crazy . I hadn’t experienced those issues previously, so hopefully it isn’t normal .

Great venue central to everything. Amazing pool and swim up bar. Staff so helpful and friendly. Good food in the restaurant. Short walk to beach and other great food options. Will definitely be back

Fantastic Stay at Magani

We had a fantastic stay at the Magani. The staff are wonderful, the facilities are clean and modern, and the prices are reasonable. We also for a free room upgrade and were super grateful for this. The location is fantastic! We’ll absolutely be back!!!

Clean and comfortable, central and felt safe.

It was as clean, bed and pillows great ! Roomy! Central to good eating places. Pool was lovely. Be good of there was a weekly DJ for pool area. Plenty of universal power board.

Need a bit better lighting for make up (for us who wear). Be nice to have a magnifying mirror- very small issues I know but place was so good I can only think these 2 small things. Plus Barking dog early early morning from property at side. Owners must tie it up every day :(

The best hotel in a great location

Absolutely everything. Incredibly kind, friendly & professional staff. It’s the perfect size hotel. No matter what room you are in, it’s a short walk to the pool, restaurant, gym, reception. You’re in the best location, walkable to anything you want to see and do in Kuta and Legian. We even walk to Seminyak. Food and drinks, delicious. Huge rooms. Massive bed. And so comfortable. Spent most time cooling down and relaxing in the pool, and relaxing in the bed. And love that you can log into your Netflix and YouTube on the tv.

Fantastic hotel. Great value for money

The location is excellent. Staff are fantastic. I particularly like the security guys at the front that will help you cross the road. They also wave down the blue bird taxis. Great service. I also watched the cleaners take such care to keep the property sparkling.

My favourite place to stay in Bali

The welcome is always lovely, the room had fresh flowers and a personalised card, which I really loved. The pool area is always well attended and clean. The room was wonderful and super comfy pillows. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff are always attentive, and the coffee is excellent! I absolutely love the Magani which is why I keep coming back.

Premises were spotlessly clean. As a female traveling solo, I felt completely safe at the property. I enjoyed the big patio and big comfortable outdoor furniture to relax.

Staff make this place what it is. The hotel is nice on the surface but lacks attention to detail.

The gym, sauna and spa are great facilities. Staff are always amazing and nothing is too much trouble.

Way too noisy. Could hear everything from people in the pool. Other residents blaring loud speaker’s and yelling. Rooms need some maintenance in bathrooms. Grout missing from tiles etc and everything is a little outdated. Fir the money you pay id expect something a little more modern and certainly sound proof.

Pools was refreshing and clean. Bed was amazing especially the pillows!! Wonderful staff who were very friendly and the band whilst we had dinner were sensational!

Beautiful pool and wonderful staff far exceeded our expectations

Breakfast included with stay was incredible. Huge selection of Asian and western foods. All tasty and large selection of teas, coffee, juices. But the pool..room balcony overlooks large outdoor pool in a secluded area from the street. Totally unexpected considering the business of the street outside. Swim up bar and cool and refreshing water. Staff very welcoming. Had supper and a takeout lunch from restaurant and food was reasonably priced and yummy! Very responsive to our requests.

Upon arrival there was karioke and drag queen event which was very loud just beside the main check-in lobby. After arriving from a quiet, laid back island, this was a little overwhelming and made the check in process challenging due to the noise. It did stop within the hour and then everything was wonderful. Just a bit of a shock initially.
