Over all I would recommend anyone , very big size rooms and bathrooms

Good sized room in ok location

The junior suite was a good size, the bed was comfy, the pillows squishy, it had a kitchenette and a little sitting room. The bathroom was good sized.

The only mirror in the whole suite was a small one in the bathroom. The hot water took way too long to arrive (over five minutes) our view looked out over the street and directly into power lines and transformers. If I had to choose a room I’d select one overlooking the pool.

Good location, near beach, shopping and easy to find restaurant. The bed comfy. But this area is always traffic.

the price for deluxe balcony room i think it's a little bit pricey. And lift to small. Only for 2 persons.

Terrible... Terrible... Terrible Don't Stay Here

There was only 1 staff member that was great and her name was Lily, All the other staff was lazy, hardly anyone was at the front counter.

WOW, where should I start... I stayed at this hotel many years ago, it was quite a good hotel but this stay was a nightmare. When I arrived they gave me my key to my room I went up there and there was already somebody in that room I walked in on them I was so embarrassed, this should never happen in a hotel. They gave me a key to another room this room was absolutely filthy, the lights and the aircon worked but everything else did not work, I could not charge my phone as there was no power to the outlet, the TV didn't work, even the telephones that you can call reception didn't work. The next morning they gave me another room this room was slightly better, the whole phone system throughout the hotel did not work, the reception could call your room, but you could not call reception, and there was no hot water throughout the entire hotel. One night around 3am I could not sleep so I when for a walk to the convenience store, and there was nobody at reception the staff was sleeping, even the security guard was sleeping and he was snoring quite loudly, so you would think that the security guard would be well-rested sleeping all night, but when you ask them to do their job by stopping traffic when my driver was trying to reverse out of the driveway it was like asking for blood. This hotel was absolutely terrible, stay at this hotel at your own risk, I would have been more comfortable sleeping at Kerobokan Prison instead of this hotel.

4 Pillows nice and soft but too fat. would of been good to have 2 fat and 2 skinny for choice. Air con was nice and cold, but when in bed can not feel any breeze, asked reception for a stand up fan, but didnt get 1. Buffet Breakfast very limited so i will not get breakfast included next stay.

Not a romantic place to stay

Staff was very welcoming and the air con was very cold which was good. Location was very close to Kuta beach and to Legian.

The room was not very clean and the bathroom had a leak (flooding the place) and the hot water in the shower was very unpredictable and there was no hand soap. The breakfast was very crowded and we did not get any seats so we had to eat somewhere else.
