Disappointing

It was clean

I’m not a prude but didn’t like them openly allowing prostitutes in during the day when kids around. They let kids run around the hallways till all hours and had some random knocking on my door late at night. Definitely would not stay again.

It was a good option for the price but you could probably spend a bit more and get something nicer.

The Hotel was good walking distance from shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool was nice and mostly peaceful as kids were normally on the ground floor.

Our original room was right next to a rooster pen, thankfully the staff let us move rooms although it was to a smaller room. The aircon wasn't very powerful but at least we had some aircon. The food was average, its good for a buffet that has to feed foreigners from different countries.

I got a free upgrade and my room was very cold and so much space!! Central location close to everything and the staff were lovely people

No sound proofing so can hear children crying, early morning alarm from the chickens and also hearing people slapping their feet against the floor whilst walking when I’m in my room

Noisy other guests during the nights The poor staff dressed up in Santa suit in the heat when they’re not even Christian. The carvery needs roasted potatoes pumpkin and onion. What they served as roast vegetables was NOT! Both lifts not working at same time.

VERY DISAPOINTED

Location is good- we stayed here last year and it was perfect so we booked again this year- VERY DISAPOINTED

after such a great experience for our 6-night stay in 2024 we decided to stay here again for 12 nights for our 2025 holiday. well, wasn't that a mistake- reception staff were rude and not inviting, they tried to charge us for a mattress at $35 per night which was more than the actual room- this was from a mistake their end with the booking. the Vibe definitely was the complete opposite from the previous year and that was so disappointing after looking forward to this stay. WIFI doesn't exist in the rooms that we had, 1 of our rooms had no hot water and nothing was done about it when we mentioned it to staff, pool area is still very slippery and dangerous (we saw a few nasty falls) all these issues have been raised in previous reviews and the hotel have acknowledged on the review but nothing actually gets done.. VERY DISAPOINTED and we will NOT be staying here again

Fantastic location & great value for price. The pools are great & the rooms adequate & comfortable. The staff were really helpful especially when I was unwell.

I found the lighting in the room very poor at night especially for reading. A strong reading light would improve this.

Air con didn’t work properly. Not a great overall feel about the place. Waterfall that runs over and off the roof of the swim up bar on annoying. Staff at front desk were great, but the rest weren’t overly fantastic.

Downstairs pool was nice, bar seating area was comfortable. Room - comfortable bed Location was great - near beach & shops. Easy to get transport

Upstairs pool - no sun shade. Room - shower door didnt close so floor got very wet, only 1 seat on balcony, no electrical plugs near bed, lumpy pillows, aircon not very cold, wardrobe door broken, gap in balcony doors let bugs in, needs a drying rack for clothes, when bathroom door was left open (one person in room), it would continually close (toilet behind door) . Lack of pool lounges & some days no pool towels available

What a great stay. After reading some negative reviews I was worried but there was no need to be as it was a great place

Our room was so spacious and the location was the best. Value wise, I don’t think you can get better for that location and the roof top pool! Mini mart on site. 2 pools. Clean enough. Decent breakfast. No issues.
