Great location across the road from the beach and near the Kuta Beachwalk Shopping Centre
Facilities are a bit dated, but renovations were underway while we were there.

Some upgrades underway so there is some noise during the day that effects restful times around the pool - Also no Gym on site - Otherwis a good hotel with easy access to the Kuta Beach and local shops, bars and restaurants.
Villa rooms near pools can be effected by noise from people standing outside the bedrooms socialising

Fantastic location, very quiet, across the road from the beach, and very close to circle k, massages & restaurants and only about 500 meters to Garlic Lane.
