Great place for the price with fantastic staff

Fantastic location on Garlic Lane. Walking distance to beach for beer and sunset. Heaps of restaurants, warungs and night life near by. Good honest money change near by. Market stalls and spa just outside front door. Would stay again.

The room I had the shower is over the bath. As I am an older solo traveller it was concerning should you slip/fall when attempt to get out of bathtub after showing. I believe they are renovating rooms and removing bath tubs which will be fantastic.

Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations, the rooms were clean, beds comfy, perfect location; right in Garlic Lane. The staff were friendly, especially Habibi in the bar, at breakfast he always welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had everything and were happy.

Cheap , cheerful, good breakfast, comfy beds, ice cold aircon

It’s right in garlic lane and very close to bars and shops. Staff were all really nice and helpful.Breakfast was yummy . Comfortable beds so that was a plus for me with icy cold aircon. Next time I’d probably ask for a room poolside so easy access to pool.

Our fridge in my room would not get cold. Wasn’t a big deal for me being solo, I’d just ask for a bucket of ice for my drinks and staff were more than happy to provide. Friends in other rooms their fridge was fine so might have just been mine. Also having a shower took ages if you wanted warm water. Turn it on, wait ten minutes, check and if you’re lucky it will be ready to go. Otherwise go have a coffee 🤣 and check again. Rooster starts at 5am be beware. Didn’t annoy me but some might not like it. I’d stay again, yes there needs to be improvements but they are trying and it’s a great affordable place to stay and so central in Legian

Breakfast was very basic and very little left One of the pools were closed. Room as facing sun in the afternoon and room was hot and couldn't keep the airconditioner on because you had to take the room key.

Allow the airconditioner to remain on when you are out of the room. The heat in Bali was hard enough and then to return to a really hot room that took ages to cool down was uncomfortable.

Construction work next to villa noisy during the day. Staff storage was near our room and very noisy trolley used early in morning to re stock. Maybe rubber wheels would help?

While l can not fault the staff who were curtious and friendly, that's where it ends. Pool was ok

We spent 3 nights here and were in room 501, which faces Garlic lane with no balcony. The room was very noisy. We were extremely tired but could not sleep as we heard the water pipes pumping and banging in the roof for over 4 hours non-stop before we complained, so they moved us into room 510. At 3.30 am, l felt like l had things biting me and my husband the same, so we got out of bed to find ants all through the bed. It was disgusting. I really feel sorry for the employee having to change the bed at such a late hour. This hotel needs fumigation, not just insect spray. If l could have left, l would have left. The bites on my and my husbands body is not good

Great location.

The location is awesome. Short, walk to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The linen was beautiful. Cleanest bathroom I've come across in Bali. Great shower. Staff were lovely. Good choices at breakfast, food not very hot but none of us got unwell. 4x adults and 2 x kids. The pools were great. Onsite spa has good massages.

Fabulous location, comfortable room, decent breakfast, the 2 pools were both clean and refreshing...would definitely go back.

The shower was very ordinary, no pressure. Staff did not follow up when told the TV remote was missing...in fact after we told the staff, we heard nothing from anyone (fortunately we found it after we moved the bed...we thought housekeeping would have come to do that🤷) After all the reviews about the great staff, we were disappointed.

Amazing staff and pleasantly surprised

The staff were amazing and made our stay the best, in particular Adit, Melia and Juni. They made us feel like we never wanted to leave, and we enjoyed seeing them. The breakfast was adequate with someone making any type of eggs, the rooms were clean enough and spacious enough for what we needed. The location was really good being right on Garlic Lane, it was very central for all our things. We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation and will be back again.
