Pretty, clean, coffee pods in room

The aircon was broken ( staff attempted to fix but couldn’t ) the fan was so loud we couldn’t sleep. A light shone through our bathroom all night which was also awful. Outside noise was too much , could hear ppl above us on their phones talking at 6.30am

Location was excellent clean and tidy, really handy to have a washer and dryer to use

Breakfast was very ordinary. Same everyday and not much. Bacon sausage and beans with an Asian dish. Then very small fruit selection. Toaster and egg station. 3 warm juices to choose from that were always empty like the food

Amazing pool area and super comfortable beds. The staff were lovely and accommodating and the location was perfect!

We had a room upstairs which was excellent but a little noisy because the road traffic noise could be heard - not too bad just noticeable compared to our room on the ground floor we stayed in a few days earlier

Our only criticism is breakfast could start earlier. By 8am we were ready to head out and start exploring for the day.

The location is perfect, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés close by .

The staff were really friendly and lovely. The rooms and surrounds were clean. Water dispenser hot/cold in room with nice touches like reading lamps.

To many TV's in the dining area. Too loud.

It's in a great location, the rooms are clean and large, the staff are attentive , fun and proud of their hotel

The location of this place is great. Near the beach, near heaps of restaurants, heaps of shops, easy to get anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place, for the price was quite reasonable. A lovely big pool that is maintained daily along with the gardens. A beautiful little place.

I didnt love the food at the restaurant, it was over seasoned for me and a bit too rich. The pool is central to all the rooms so if someone wants to be jumping around in the pool with their kids and laughing and talking like you do, if someone was wanting to sleep in they may have issues with noise. I slept with my earplugs which is normal for me & I had no issues.

It would be great if there was an outdoor toilet near the pool area 👍 especially if your room is upstairs

Location, staff, most of the amenities only had breakfast on last day found it very good with a many choices.

The small bar fridge in the room, we found it very difficult to open with the existing wooden doors. The grip area between the frame and fridge door was too small to get a grip on the fridge door, resulting in pulling the fridge forward every time it was opened and jamming fingers. It would be better if there were no wooden doors and the fridge secured.

What was there not to like? Walking distance to the best shopping the beach eateries. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The pool was clean and being a smaller hotel, there was always a sun lounge.

Rama Garden Hotel is an excellent option for families. We stayed with our 5-year-old son and it was amazing. Honestly, it felt like a 5-star hotel. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a cocktail and snacks, and a staff member took our luggage to the room on a trolley. Our room was beautiful , with unlimited filtered water, a coffee machine, a spacious layout, a large bed, and a lovely balcony facing the pool. The shower was great as well. It was our son’s birthday, and they decorated the room for him. Shortly after, the staff came to sing happy birthday and brought him a slice of cake. I had never seen him so happy, it was truly memorable. The hotel is close to the beach, and the restaurant is excellent. We didn’t even want to eat anywhere else. Try the Chicken Alfredo pasta, it is amazing! The breakfast was out of this world. There was a staff member preparing omelettes with any ingredients we wanted, plus many options of bread, fruits, pastries, coffee, and juices. We are already missing that breakfast! There was some construction happening, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The staff always made sure to be friendly and helpful. You can order food and drinks by the pool while sitting on the loungers, which is great for families. They also provide pool noodles, and balls for the kids to play with. The pool gets plenty of sun, so the water is always nice and warm. There are plenty of towels available, as well as free washing and drying machines. I have never stayed in a hotel so well prepared and complete ,it had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. We can only thank the whole team for making our trip even more special. We will definitely be back!

Hotel in a great location. Nice rooms and good facilities and staff very friendly and helpful.

A few things in the room were broken or not working - however staff fixed quickly. Paving around the pool was being replaced so very noisy and not easy to relax. Was Ok, just perhaps would have been nice to know about it beforehand.

Water dispenser in room was not cold, stairs to upper rooms were not very practical especially when you don’t know before you book that is the only access.

If you’re staying on the 2nd floor, the stairs are very steep

The staff were exceptional, anything we needed assistance with was not a problem at all. Beautiful friendly service with lots of smiles 😊 The location was perfectly located, close to the shops and beach, half an hour from the airport. Very friendly and safe, we couldn't recommend Rama Garden higher, it exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely be back. The meals, service & friendliness was amazing, thank you for having us, we look forward to our next adventure there 🙏

Could honestly say there was nothing I didn’t like

Comfortable rooms, nice staff and close to everything.

Had to move rooms. Was put in a dark dungy bottom corner room for 2 nights then moved to a room closer to friends on the last night.

What makes this hotel are the incredible staff. ALL staff are just wonderful. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff. They all will go out of their way to help you and make you enjoy your stay. I’ve never experienced such professionalism in all my years of traveling .

Our room was at the back with a view of a brick wall which was really disappointing as our booking said it was garden view. They are the same price and not as nice as the others. Their nickname is the cave rooms. Furthermore, behind these back rooms is another hotel that hosts events. On our second night, the noise was unbearable! Our whole room was vibrating. We spoke with staff to see if we could either swap rooms or hotels. They swapped our room the next day to a much nicer room with a view of the pool. But… that night I woke at 13:30 in a pool of sweat. The aircon broke. The lovely man at reception couldn’t fix it but gave us a fan. It was fixed the next day and that night we finally had a wonderful sleep.

A beautiful quiet oasis in the middle of Legian close to all our favourite restaurants including Mozarellas on Jalan Padma, The Lokal on Garlic Lane & Joseph's Bar on Padma Beach. Staff were lovely & friendly & service was very good. Breakfast proved to be great value for the price. Overall a wonderful 10 days, we will be back to stay at Rama Garden

Location is excellent with Legian Beach at the end of the street and heaps of shopping and restaurants/Bars. Busy street but not noisy at all in the rooms. Money exchange, Circle K and Tourist activities all within 20 metres of the Hotel. Exclusive drivers associated with the hotel can take you anywhere on motorbike or car. I always use the Hotels airport transfer. Buffet is worth the fee and service by staff was excellent. They will bend over backwards to assist you in having a great holiday. Will only stay here if I'm in Bali.

Going home....

The location is perfect. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much for them. Bed was comfortable. Room was adequate for what you need.

I feel the rooms are slightly run down. Linens on bed never got changed during our 10 day stay which I feel is too long. Towels could do with being replaced as they are slightly greying and frayed from age. I feel that even though breakfast is adequate, it could be better with more choices. However, it was ok.

Central but very quiet. Great service and bar and restaurant on site.
