Close to everything, friendly staff, clean rooms. Stayed on Garlic lane side and was a great spot.
Sometimes you could hear the neighbouring noises, like singing etc. Bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing

Staff should check the facilities before letting cust check in.My room phone was not working,the water tap was not working either.

Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly. Nice quiet location, short walk to beach.
The breakfast was very basic.

Great location, beautiful staff.
Definitely needs maintenance, room door had a dodgy lock, blankets on the bed had mould, the shower went very hot without warning and had terrible pressure.
