GREAT place to stay!

The hotel is in the best location! Really close to great food options and shopping, then just down the street to the beach. Location was 10/10. The rooms were generous in size and had a kitchenette which was great. Housekeeping and reception staff were wonderful as well. There was construction happening next door but we didn't hear a thing. Because it's a smaller hotel, it's not so busy which was great. Often we were the only ones up by the pool, so it was nice and quiet.

I feel like the food and beverage service poolside could be more attentive. We went to the pool often and we always had to go looking for staff to take our order if we wanted something. Then the pool attendant would get a food and beverage staff member to come over to us and take our order. The plates weren't removed when we finished, and there was no continuous service which would have been nice. The pool attendant is there all day, not doing much at all, so I feel like it's a missed opportunity on the hotel's behalf not to provide any pool side service.

Excellent, would definitely stay again

The room was spacious and we got upgraded so we got a sitting area which was nice also loved having a water machine in the room so no need for bottled water. Breakfasts were very nice, pool was good and views very good from rooftop. Staff were wonderful in all areas :-)

Although we got an upgraded room the view from our room was a building site and we had no balcony to sit out on :-(

Exceptional place to stay in Bali

We have stayed at Rama Residence many times and enjoy the non crowded and intimate atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and jump at any chance to assist you. Best place in to stay in the Legian area.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable large bed. Breakfast was amazing and loved the rooftop pool. Was never crowded at all. Staff were fantastic and really looked after you. Central location and short walk to the beach.

A really comfortable stay overall

Soft bed and pillows, fast wifi, smart TV, and really good aircon. Great breakfast at the restaurant, and the rooftop pool has an amazing sunset view. There's a water dispenser in the room, and despite being on a busy street, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Overall, a super comfy stay.

There's some construction going on next door, so the pool area can get pretty noisy at times. Not really the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.

Perfect, our favourite accommodation

We absolutely love Rama residence. Love our room, staff are always fantastic, beautiful and clean, perfect location. The front rooms are great to sit in the enclosed balcony and read, watch the thunder storms, people watch or just to have your morning coffee ( from the coffee pod machine provided)🥰

Incredible staff, perfect location with great amenities!

Absolutely loved our time at Rama Residence Padma. The location is right in the heart of Legian, everything at your fingertips. The staff are incredible, always go above and beyond. Our room was spacious, super clean, modern & had a great view down the street - great for watching the world go by. The bed was super comfortable, The sofa bed was also equally as comfortable for our children. We had plenty of space in the apartment. Would 100% stay again, and loved every minute of it. Staff sang happy birthday & presented me with cake at breakfast, such a beautiful touch - really shows they go above and beyond to make your day.

Good location. Big room with panoramic view. Clean linen, towels. Nice stuff. Great pool on the top of building with ocean view.

Very poor soundproof with door to the room, all noises from corridor was well heard in the room. Cooler with water inside the room I disconnect from power because periodically was unexpected noise from it when heating turning on.
