A great hotel for the money savvy traveller

Nice pool and bar area. Friendly staff. Cheap room service.

Price rise of nearly double when attempting to extend my stay from 41aud to 71aud per night. I understand this is due to peak holiday period however new years had passed and my stay from boxing day til Jan 3rd was cheaper.

Old original staff members are great

Went to pool bar to get towels,waited a good 5 minutes whilst young gentleman at pool bar was totally engrossed in his phone,not once did he look up,only people in pool area and was told to go to reception to get towels ,general hotel surrounds look like a dumping ground for old unused equipment,it’s totally gone down hill since our first visit many years ago,it was once a very popular vibrant hotel sadly no longer,we have stayed many times over the past 15 years but never again

For Family room they hv i king size bed and bunk bed + Sofa bed and superior room is big size room and 1 king sz bed + 1 sofa bed.Every room got balcony.The staff name Adi is very friendly and helping us to send my laundry outside the hotel during raining.Very kind staff.Food is good.we had our ala carte for breakfast.we love stayed there on the 2th -4th Jan 2026.

The staff were so accommodating. From the kitchen through to reception. We were offered bacon with breakfast on request. Reception staff gave us good insight on things to do, good restaurant options etc. Great bathroom. Great pool and spa servicr.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. Hotel doesn't look wow from the outside, but room and bathroom clean and comfortable.

Good property in terms of price.

The property is conveniently located near Legian Beach. The pool is spacious, and there is a pleasant view of the pool from the balcony.

The rooms feel a bit run-down and are in need of an upgrade. The overall aesthetics could be improved. The blinds were not functioning properly, the balcony light was not working, and there were no electrical outlets near the bed, which was inconvenient. No lifts but staff helped us to move our luggage in and out.

Ibis Styles was a fantastic place to stay staff were excellent facilities were second to none we had the family room which was a very big room,air con was always cold staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to our every wim.

Convenient laundry, but not ideal location

The laundry service is very good and convenient.

The location feels a bit dangerous and very dark at night. I didn’t feel safe walking there. The rooms are a little old, and the housekeeping could be improved.

It was very noisy. Rooms are definitely not sound proof. Pool noise couldn't get away from, especially screaming children. The breakfast was disappointing. Massage area was dark and dingy.

Love having friends together after working so hard for a whole year and time for us to really relax.

relaxing place. Not a fan of smokers near the pool area. Most of my Deaf friends are non smokers. Need to have an area for smokers only. Otherwise, perfect place to sit back and relax by the pool.

Smokers near the pool area. I had to move away from smokers. But its hard when you want to be with your friends and have fun and relax. No one at the bar area and the waiting kills our relaxing time.

Disappointed

I stayed here January last year and absolutely loved it. But it's much more expensive and I had problems with my air conditioning and my toilet. It just wasn't the same as last year which is a shame as I went with my daughters and told them how good it was 😕

Cheap and cheerful, great for short stays.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful- absolutely lovely people. The location is central and is easily accessible, very close to shops and restaurants in Seminyak. The room was fairly clean, bed was comfy and water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

The bathroom could definitely use an upgrade, looked a bit dingy. The couch in my room had stains. Most importantly, it could get loud in the evenings. Obviously, not the hotel's fault but some of the guests got drunk and rowdy and 2/3 nights that I stayed, people were shouting in the corridors at 4am. Appalling behaviour.

First room the shower would not drain so became like a bath and very unhygienic also aircon was non existent second room same issues with the shower and then my toilet would not flush ..no one made your drinks at pool bar was a mission to get a drink as person then went to restaurant kitchen at front of hotel to get it etc long process every time ..things in general were not very clean

Great location

Really great location and easy walk to shopping and markets streets like Garlic Lane and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby also. The room was basic but good value for money, and included a really nice buffet breakfast.

Pleasant enough

I liked the big room and the balcony looking over the pool. The vibe was great, tv channels where good and the bar had a good choice of drinks

Everytime I left my room my keycard would not work to let me back in, every single time, so I would have to go to reception to get it recalibrated…. I have a slight disability so having to continually walk up and down stairs to get my card recalibrated was quite frustrating, unfortunately I noticed I was not the only one having to do this, there quite a few angry people at the front desk getting their keycards recalibrated as well
