A true hidden gem. With very attentive and efficient staff ready to help with anything. Vena and Dewi were always available to assist. Excellent food at great prices with no surcharges. The grounds and pool are spotlessly maintained. Highly recommended to anyone wanting great value for money.
The hand rails on the pool ladder could get very slippery and hard to grip.

Very poor even when we sent to the royal hotel the buffet breakfast was ice cold except for the eggs same same each day and buffet not suitable for westerns the staff need to be trained in the use of chaffing dishes the sterno need to burn for the whole of breakfast time not just for half a hour I tried to explain to the staff my background was good and beverage until I retired

Staff were helpful though English limitations
Good location for quietness.
Bathroom was very dirty, shower over filthy bath. Wore thongs in shower. Wish I took a photo
