Clean, comfortable and value for money

Loved the location and value for money. It was clean.

Only thing was the pool was closed for renovations for the 2 nights I stayed. The pool was great on previous trip.

Terrible stay, never again

Close to beach and other good venues, lift for easy access to rooms

Cold breakfast, wrong breakfast given, charged for splash of milk in coffee, room had ants in bathroom, given different room to the one booked, no cleaning products, no soap, no slippers as stated, room faced the wrong direction, woken at 2am by someone swimming in the rooftop pool on multiple occasions.... Very different from our first stay here July 2025 while it was still the Zest. The manager was emailed and I've not had a response. Will never stay here again!

The pool was great nice views, it could do with a clean as mould was in the steps. Room was great good size , good location just had to move rooms to the other side as DragQueen show was loud every night

I dint like that they had No wine at the bar, with people staying there they should had stock, No milk for coffee 1 morning so I ended up spending money at Retri everyday which was just beautiful food. True young ones on reception should be made to learn English very hard to communicate at times. I would go back and stay good price

I did not like how purfumed the sheets and doona were. Synthenic perfumn is poison. I could not sleep in the bedding. Had to wrap sarongs under and over me. The bed was comfortable. The lift. I had to hold my breathe. Lyckily on 1st floor. Nice u want to make place smell nice, but too toxic. The towels the same, too smelly with washing powder or dryer sheets. Whatever u use its bad.

I will always stay there at the start of my visit to Bali and always at the end .

Rooms so comfortable and your staff are impeccable. Love the area where you can sit back , Coffee , drinks , read or crosswords . Pool area I just live , perhaps a few more shade umbrellas .I can spend hours there just to relax , swim and read . Highly recommended 😎

Very disappointing the whole of the hotel need to be refurbished

Room was not cleaned properly,linen was very old and stained,mould in shower and room smelled very damp,not happy with the hotel,we only stayed 1 night out of the 4 nights we had booked and payed for to stay.

Booked for 4 nights checked out after the first night. Checked 2 other available rooms. They were mouldy and smelt Rooms were full of mould Showers were stained with dirt and mould Aircon leaked water all over tiled floor Power points did not work Rooms smelt from the mould Sheets were dirty grey colour Towels were old and stained brown Pool decking was loose and required maintainence

Breakfast was cold. Fruit on plate looked like it had been there for sometime all dry around the outside. There was nightly loud music from the establishment across the road that went on until after 11 every night. Towels were a shade of grey instead of white,

Great pool and rooftop, good location although some noise from neighbouring bars. The staff were all very friendly.

The towels and bed linen weren’t the best. The towels had a grey look to them and the sheets had some small rips and holes.

Staff were amazing and fixed thing fast. Breakfast was yum. Central to everything. Comfortable bed and everything I needed for my stay.

Aircon was really noisy and the remote kept breaking but they were really lovely about it and fixed it fast. Lots of clubs around so noisy till about midnight. I just used earplugs and no problems. 😊

Amazing, budget accommodation

the rooftop pool was incredible! infinity style pool, with ample chairs and tables for guest. cafe/restaurant on ground floor and the staff there (young man in his 20’s that knew a lot about tea, and made an excellent hot chocolate) went above and beyond to ensure i was happy and comfortable. and the young boy working at reception, always had a smile on his face!

The staff are really friendly, the rooms are basic but comfortable, it’s clean and affordable. Would be better if there was a bit more storage like a wardrobe but you get what you pay for I suppose.

The property was clean and in a good area close to many restaurants beach and bars. Staff were fantastic. The pool area was nice and clean and relaxing on the rooftop.

What I didn’t like was that it was extremely noisy. Bars were very noisy nearby and could keep you awake so best to take some earplugs. The pool area was good but there was no staffing up there so you had to ring through to order from the phone at the bar where the pool was situated. Some of the rooms need a bit of updating but the bed was comfortable and I used earplugs to help me sleep.
