Staff were so hospitable due to the mad rainy weather Bali experienced this week, they handled everything very professionally and accommodated my group so well when there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Pool was great and superb location in the thick of it however tucked away and felt very private.
Building is a little tired in places and didn't hold up to some crazy weather, however most places we saw didn't survive this weather so not a negative.

Liked the location and the pool area of the complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful
We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment but our apartment was not deluxe we had a share bathroom for a family of 4 that was located in the main bedroom with no walls or separation. We had to pay for new sheets and pillow cases because there was make up on them.
