LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. The location is close to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, massage and 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are lovely with everything you need (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & lotion/soap/toothbrush & paste/shaver etc…)

Hotel next door (Niksoma) is being renovated so a bit of noise coming through during the day.

I had a great stay, very central to food and shopping.

Everything was great, early checkin was an added bonus. I had a pool room which I loved. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.The Hotel was central to all the shopping and eateries. The staff were fabulous, very helpful and so polite.

Maybe some fresh milk for my coffee and some biscuits to have with it. There wasn’t much to improve for my stay.

the room was well equipped with complimentary bathroom amenities, the pool was beautiful and cleaned with plenty of room for everyone. Location was fantastic and the menu for the hotel was comprehensive.

The staff are extremely attentive, provide everything you could possibly need (complimentary use of beach umbrellas, a gate to the beach from the hotel too!), and the service & hospitality is amazing. All facilities are clean, modern and very tourist friendly. The hotel bar/restaurant has 2 for 1 cocktails and modify any meal for you.

Nice hotel, central and modern.

Nice breakfast selection and freshly made. No buffet. That was something else. Rooms were okay. We had some issues with a/c and toilet flush which got repaired immediately.

Rooms on pool level were pretty damp and the floor cleaner was probably not used correctly. It was too sticky also after hours.

Pleasant stay it was good for the price but I wouldn’t rate it above 7.5.

The pool entry room , the staff were lovely the coffee was the best Ive had even comparing it to Melbourne ( my home ) our room was immaculate , the bed was really comfortable . The pool towels were enormous . Fridge worked well and there was an in room safe .

The pool appears a lot larger in the photos and the verandah area off your room appears bigger than it actually is . The day bed was not long enough to lay on although you could sit up on it . Breakfast was so so, it was a set menu not much to choose from it was edible but probably the most lacking I’ve had in Bali , we ended up having breakfast twice at Bondi Bali across the road during our 7 night stay .

Pool room was great. Rooms are looking a little dated (no usb ports) but value for money. We normally stay at Niksoma and this is a good 2nd alternative if the price is right

Everything. The location was close to everything, the beach, a lot of shops, great bars and restaurants, and Romeo's restaurant is within the hotel flgrounds and has some amazing food, I highly recommend getting the breakfast included deal. The staff were very helpful and considerate. My room.was immaculate and housekeeping staff are on call 24hours should you need and theyre very quick to assist. I can recommend enough, I will ne staying more often in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay.
