Amazing location. Laneway down the side of the property which takes you right to the beach. Lovely rooms and facility. Lovely staff. Close proximity to many shops and easy to get transport if required
If you get a room closer to the street end, there would be a lot of noise at night from neighbouring bars. Rooms were not completely sound proof (could hear conversations next to us) but luckily we only had issues for one night.

Clean
The pool is shaded constantly so it’s freezing. It definitely needs heating in August as everyone I spoke to was going elsewhere to enjoy a swim
