The pools were the best part of the resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms were average for the price, we have stayed in varying resorts in Bali for less cost and the bathrooms were much better. The rooms were ok, clean and a place to lay your head.

Loved the pool and kids activities including the waterslide and man made beach. Lots of great things to do for everyone from morning yoga to fun dinners.

The waterslide got a bit chaotic at times when there were too many kids on it. Might have been a bit more easy for the smaller kids to play if there was a lifeguard or just pool attendant to manage this

A pleasant stay.

Old Bali style. Very good breakfast. Gardens were lovely.

Rooms were very tired. Needs a refurbishment. Legian has changed so would not be my choice regarding location. Only one choice off lunch and dinner menus as everything is pre-made and I can’t eat onion and garlic. A good chef can do something from scratch that is tasty.

The pool and location are amazing. So close to great local restaurants and shopping. Love that you can hear the waves. Only downside is that you have to get to the pool at 7am to get a sun lounge. Plenty of room for them to have more chairs. Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable

A great resort for both families and couples alike! The pools and slides are great for kids! The adults only pool area is perfect for couples! A great variety of activities and events all centered in a perfect location. Right on the beachfront!

Très bel hôtel et bien entretenu. Il ne manque rien dans les chambres. C’est un petit havre de paix à proximité de la bruyante Kuta. Les jardins et les piscines sont très beaux. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant Azul car les plats sont tous incroyables, et le cadre magnifique nous y avons mangé tous les soirs.

The price for accommodation is getting really expensive considering it is not much different to other resorts I’ve stayed here a few times but due to the price now I don’t think we will be staying again as it’s really expensive compared to other resorts on the beach

The location is amazing, and pools great. The staff were very friendly and I had a nice welcome back.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the tv not a smart tv. This did not enable the use of screening from devices, which is standard at all hotels of this level and cost of room.

Einmal und nie wieder.

Nett waren die großen Zimmer, die Nähe zum Strand und das hilfsbereite Personal.

Wir hatten Kakerlaken im Badezimmer und das leider nicht nur einmal. Das Personal hat sie beseitigt und uns dann das Schädlingsspray für den restlichen Aufenthalt hingestellt…. Zudem hat unter unserem Dach eine Katzenfamilie gelebt. Das Frühstück ging noch, das Abendessen im Celangi Restaurant war wirklich ungenießbar. Es ist ein Familien Hotel , also wird es früh auch sehr laut und voll.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Bali and I have been to Bali many many times.

The food, especially breakfast and location were amazing. The breakfast was beautiful, so many choices.The Pool area was absolutely lovely and it had plenty of shade if you didn't want to be in the Sun, the pool was also nice and warm. The Staff were so accommodating, helpful and lovely. I would definitely come back. On the beach for the sunsets and live music. Incredible place.

The only thing I can say is that we had cockroaches in our bathroom, which wasn't pleasant because I hate them. I think it was because there were plants in the bathroom.

Our go too resort in Legian.

Location was superb, very friendly staff. Big shout out for Ash, the man who looked after our room (9315)and our comfort. He was excellent, thank you mate. (sorry can't remember his name) The biggest highlight was the drunk Ozzie guy who fell in the turtle pond in front of his kid 🤣🤣

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool facilities at the resort!

The pool facilities were amazing! Loved everything about the pool, the depth, slides, loungers, food and drink at the bar!! My children were the first to get in in the morning and the last to get out at night!!! The Balinese style gardens and setting as you walked to your room was also beautiful. The staff were very helpful and super friendly!

The room we had was a basic hotel layout. This was by far the most expensive accommodation on our trip for the least value (if you exclude the use of the pools).

Relaxing seaside resort with sunset views

Beautiful grounds to walk through. Room well appointed and exactly as described. Shower was lovely with the outside feel. Breakfast selection was excellent. Pool area was lovely too-great for families.

Hard to get a lounger near the pool as lots of people had put towels on them. The policy states not to leave towels however no one enforced this and left me frustrated that I had to be so far from the pool.

There was construction work in the bedroom next door and we were not informed about that. My daughter, husband and their 5 month old baby had a room opposite us and had to ask for another room. Staff should have informed us. It really now feels like we paid way too much for this hotel.
