A luxurious stay, and beautiful staff

The resort was pure luxury. Great facilities, beautiful gardens and amazing swimming pools.

Breakfast was included in the main restaurant. We were ushered to a side area/room and served our breakfast there. Our selection was far less than the main restaurant and we didn’t realise. Upon leaving we saw a much greater selection of food in the main restaurant and saw food we would have preferred.

Everything, so beautiful, the staff were amazing, we couldn’t be treated better. The Club lounge is just amazing, and the staff were more than accommodating, we got to know them byname, and it was so friendly . Our room, pool access room was magical, the bed and pillows were dreamy, I haven’t slept like that for years!! The food is 20 out of 20.it is my destination from now on ❤️

A luxurious time of relaxation and indulgence. An absolute pleasure of a time at Padma

Exceptional staff, facilities were outstanding particularly the pool options (we flipped between the lagoon, main pool and infinity pool across our time there), restaurants were great with high quality food of different types, rooms were great, high level of cleanliness and organisation. The friendly nature and professionalism of the staff was a highlight. Overall this was a luxurious beautiful resort to spend time at.

Everything you need the have a very relaxing holiday.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. I appreciated the spacious and beautifully appointed bedroom. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa was highly professional, providing excellent massages. The three swimming pools featured impressive coral displays, and the water was pleasantly warm. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful resort

A beautiful property in a great location. Staff were friendly and the resort was kept very clean. Food was delicious.

Only complaint was we could hear the people above our room when they would walk or move things around. It did wake us up a few times.

A very enjoyable holiday

It was both entertaining and relaxing, you didn’t need to leave the resort if you didn’t want to , there was lot’s todo, my husband especially liked the fishing that was available there, a very enjoyable experience

Brilliant - to be honest we didn't want to leave the hotel at all as everything onsite is so good.

The breakfast is exceptional. Rooms are very comfortable and clean - huge beds and we had a pool view which was very nice. All pools are very nice and the Japanese restaurant is a bonus, teppanyaki is great fun and tasty and would recommend. We did lunch. Excellent gym too and all staff are very good and helpful.

Location was perfect between good shopping and the beach. Beers were cold and the staff were the best! Best breakfast in Bali too

Everything was what we could ask for and could not fault a thing, greeting upon arrival, friendly and helpful staff within the whole resort, cleanliness of the whole resort could not fault it, meals were excellent and plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Padma Resort had everything we could want. Staff were excellent people and couldn’t be more friendly and attentive to us. Breakfast each day was excellent food and given the amount of people I couldn’t believe how well they kept up the excellent hospitality and food was always as good as you could expect. We loved the variety of food and juices. Accommodation was lovely, clean and well serviced.

The only complaint I have is that the meals at the resort were pricey. But so many other choices surrounding the location made this a non issue.
