Great location, loved the private suite and good for the price!

We had a private suite with our own pool which was amazing, nice private area.

Loved being able to step outside my door into the pool. Very close to Garlic Lane. Fat chow great food lunch and dinner. Jackfruit amazing breakfast and coffee! Both directly outside the accomodation and well priced.

Great location central to Kuta and Seminyak.

The location was great. It was set back on the land, which meant you didn’t hear the constant noise from the Main Street.

No breakfast included, but that is no real issue.

The rooms were immaculately clean, cool and fresh. Staff very friendly and nice and quiet. There is a great breakfast cafe that makes the best coffee close by too.

There are geckos around but after the staff told me they were good luck and watch over you, I began to like them.

The owner needs to spend some dollars new chair covers for the loungers and the fabric umbrellas all mouldy WIFI very bad we had to hotspot of our phones to watch Netflix. If you like to have solid wifi this might not be for you

Very good value for money .

Perfect location , in a busy area but can not hear any traffic . One of the best things is not having a buffet breakfast .You are given vouchers for the cafe adjoining and you choose from a menu and everything is cooked fresh .Such a good idea and less food waste lm sure . Easy to walk around ,plenty of foot traffic so felt safe . Staff were lovely.

Too expensive for what it is.

Large room, comfortable (firm) bed, excellent TV and reception, great courtyard with private pool, close by to the action in both Kuta and Legian. Very reasonably priced beers from the minibar/ pool bar compared to other Hotels.

It’s run-down and desperately needs a refresh. The main pool isn’t inviting, the pool bar being small and frequently unattended. The relatively small pool faces the pool access rooms which is a bit off-putting. Sorry Lagoon Beach, but for $163 AUD per night I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

The Water pressure in my room for a shower was appalling. There was a trickle of water. Keep someone in the pool bar area all the time instead if having to hunt someone down for a drink or a towel .

Despite a couple of negatives i would stay here again hopefully after a little refurbishment

I stayed in one of the pool villas which were very spacious and very comfortable. The villas are nicely laid out and the bed was super comfy, The staff here are wonderful and a special mention to Nicky who really provided a very warm welcome and a bright cheery smile every day - she is an absolute asset to you. This is in the perfect location, very well centralised but set back from the street. The main pool is lovely and has a swim up bar.

Breakfast at Jackfruit wasn't my favourite but there was always something to be found. The rooms could have done with a bit more cleaning and the pool was quite murky. I would have loved a bath but the outdoor bath was definitely in need of replacement and was quite worn making it look dirty as were the fitments. The bar staff were never in the swim up bar, so you had to hunt them down if you wanted a drink .

Hidden Gem in great location

Great location hidden back from street so nice and quite huge comfortable beds older style rooms but totally fine great to have pool access straight out the door with own seating . All the Staff are very nice and helpful

I was very impressed on my stay at The Lagoon Bali Pool Hotel and Suites. I asked the staff if they could help me surprise my girlfriend who had a special milestone Birthday whilst we stayed there. They helped by decorating our room and went above and beyond in making it look so nice and beautiful. My girlfriend was so happy with everything they did to make her happy on her birthday. The staff did way more then what I asked and very quick to help me out when I asked if they could help. Such a lovely stay we had and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great staff, terrible hotel

Some of the staff at the hotel were genuinely amazing such as Ari. She truly made our stay 1000% better.

We had a lot of issues with this hotel. Namely the fact that we were initially over charged for the room by several hundred $ (AUD) the hotel took no responsibility for this mistake and to ensure that we were not kicked out of the hotel we were required to pay for the hotel twice, this completely cleaned us out and left us with little to no money for the remainder of the Holiday. The hotel manager was exceptionally unhelpful during the process and at not point actually listened to us essentially just brushing us off at any chance she got. Overall for our honeymoon this was an exceptionally stressful experience and at time of writing this review we are still yet to receive the refund from the hotel for the overpayment.

Hidden oasis

Amazing service when I had the misfortune of a failed accomodation elsewhere. Staff and online booking service were spectacular 👌 Rooms were exactly what we needed and right in the midst of Jl.Legian which was fab for all of us. Definitely will be staying there again. Amazing sanctuary in amongst the hustle and bustle.

It has so much potential, swim up bar was good , staff very nice , very quite location away from the noise .

Needs cosmetic work - property is deteriorating . Shower head needed replacing - water flow was a dribble, fly screen required to stop mosquitoes coming in ( pool access room) outside steps require a different colour strip on the edge .limited choice for breakfast
